Lightly inspo from Amiz00, he's a Bio Human made by Dr. Gero modeled after Commander Red's dead son Cellus. He is a Bio Human, apart of Gero's attempt at making "better humans" for the Military (Because the current climate is at war rn) Cell is a mutant and Commander Red wanted it to stop. And well, Red was murdered by "unknown force" and Gero became the new leader.
