Brothers in every universe
sei when the subject is serving cunt.
I had the reflection not long ago of why I was uncomfortable at school (regardless of grade level) apart from stress because of the oral to pass and being an introverted person :
Being aroace and have to stay stuck a whole damn day surrounded by allos pp horny asf and who will not understand me, who tell me about their s€x life (at what point do you think it’s fckin normal to talk about it as if it was a banal and interesting subject ?? Wtf ???💀) without taking into account whether it made me uncomfortable or not (I think they didn’t give a shit because it didn’t come to their mind, those dumbass...).
Being surrounded by queer pp but none of them had defended me when I had received acephobia from a straight guy one day and only watched the scene without saying anything. The fact that most of them with whom I hung out invisibilized or even forgot my aromantism by remembering only my asexuality (bitches I'm aroace dammit. I’m both. Not one or the other !) and couldn't remember or didn't know the definition of being aro or ace.
But the worst I would say is that by dint of receiving arophobia and acephobia in about twenty years in the face, as an angry person by nature and who doesn't appreciate disrespectful pp etc, I became allophobe...
But let’s be clear : I don’t hate all allos pp ! Even if I speak in general, be aware that : generality =/= globality !
I know that some of them are decent, respectful and open-minded and these are the pp I appreciate ! Unfortunately, I have never met someone like that before. Maybe one day...
So to return to the subject :
Am I the only aroace person to be uncomfortable at school ??
It's a bit rough sorry and sorty again if my english is bad, it's not my native language but I hope you will understand the essential !
Here’s Akashi and Nash kissing, stop hating and ship each other instead. ♡
More Mahitos. Because.
the natural state of this creature
Being aroace as a teenager feels like being the only sober person at a rave.
I'm not ranking the characters because I don't think I will be able to and I don't love ranking characters either. Anyway, I need to rant about KNB with Mine more.
Murasakibara Atsushi
Honestly, this titan is very relatable character and while his character in some ppl's eyes is reduced to snack lover man child, I think he's way more well written than that.
Obviously, when he first showed up, we immeadiatelly got impression that despite his huge size, he's pretty nice person and even, as he was described by Seirin members, pretty childish for high schooler. What I love about him is that him being childish isn't described as him being dumb, overly positive, immature in annoying way, overly expressional, energetic and etc. (Like how Ranpo is or how Dazai immature and childish acts) but rather, he doesn't express his emotions much and is lazy and he's probably one of the most pessimistic character in the show and doesn't have colorful voiewpoint of things such as basketball, school and even friends. Is he immature? Yes. He's not mature enough to turn down provocations, easily gets annoyed just because others pov doesn't align with his, gets frustrated because others have what he doesn't and of course he's crazy over snacks. Even Aomine said that they could just throw snacks on the road snd Murasakibara will follow to pick them up and apparently, come back to Tokyo. He gives up easily which is what kids tend to do, at least most of the time. I love how he's not your stereotiped childish character like how Gojo from Jujutsu Kaisen, Ranpo & Dazai from Bungou Stray Dogs, Yato from Noragami and etc gets portrayed. (Tho Ranpo is lazy genius too but he's more anime stereotiped childish character).
Now let's talk about his view on talents and hardwork. Murasakibara thinks hardwork is not necessary and is annoyed by people who works hard to be good at basketball. He thinks if you have no talent for it then why are you even trying it? And it makes sense because he has natural talent and he never had to work hard and if something was hard for him to do then he simply wouldn't do it because he doesn't know how to work hard. It's like a genius kid passing exams without studying then when he actually needs to study, he doesn't know how because he did all that without working hard. But there's something else Murasakibara doesn't understand in the first place when it comes to hardworkers: their passion. How can you be passionate and motivated of something you don't even have talent of? That's what Atsushi can't understand. The feeling when you worked your ass off for something like exams, basketball or whatever you want and that hard work pays off is pure joy which makes you love sports or whatever you worked hard for even more. How can Atsushi understand that when he has never worked hard for basketball and is simply good at it? He got bored out of his mind because of that since winning came naturally to him, he never worked hard and obviously he could never feel that joy and passion and THAT'S WHAT HE HATES THE MOST. He's so good at basketball yet he lacks passion for it and even thinks it's boring. He's frustrated because he can't grasp that passion. Despite Atsushi's frustration and anger, he doesn't wish to injure players and even can be surprisingly gentle. He's not aggressive, he's gentle in his own way.
Now when it comes to his friends it honestly depends. For example, he's very friendly with Kuroko, he even bought Kuroko a drink as a thank you gift in Special or Replace novel (I can't remember) and he's pretty gentle with him. Probably because Atsushi doesn't think of Kuroko as a threat. But when he did in Yosen vs Seirin match, he was lot meaner to Kuroko. His friendship with Kuroko is different from Akashi's. In fact, Murasakibara considered Akashi as a threat and thought he could defeat him so he threw their friendship away and decided to abandon him which caused Akashi to snap and defeat Murasakibara so their friendship could go on. Not only theirs but team's. But, of course, Akashi was Atsushi's friend, he just discovered his newfound talent and got way too cocky which often happens in children. His friendship with Himuro, though, is even more wholesome in my opinion. With Himuro, Atsushi accepted his friend as a friend and even played at his 100% against Seirin after he saw how deeply Himuro felt. I think after that, Murasakibara started appreciating and understanding friendships more and even didn't mind hardworkers.
He's just so relatable that I'm going to explode.
Kise Ryouta
I honestly can't think of even ONE reason why would anyone dislike Kise but unfortunately, he's being discriminated not only in the anime but also in the fandom which makes me want to break bones as he's definitely my top 1 favorite character in Kuroko No Basket.
Funnily enough, Kise is being discriminated because apparently he's too good looking. While girls swoo over him, boys treat him in hot and cold manner. He's stereoriped as dumb blonde, when he's not one. His optimistic and chatty personality is treated as nuisence when irl such personality would be appreciated, especially by elders. For example his mindset of "Yesterday's enemies are today's friends" which is often mindset of disciplined sportmen but it earned scoff from Midorima as if it's the most rudiculous thing ever to be said. I'd say even in anime Kise's character is reduced to being good looking because most characters treat him like that. But his character is so complex, even author talked about it.
Kise isn't just optimistic, bubbly and friendly characters when he's canonically stated to be two faced character due to his job as a model. He singles out people who he respects and who he doesn't respect by cchi. For example, he ignored Kagami's presence and even looked down on him in season one before Kise started respecting him and calling him Kagamicchi. Speaking of s1 and Teiko arc, Kise was pretty immature to the point of annoying the fuck out of Kasamatsu and even got "hit" by him on the very first day. Kise can be both mature and immature when time calls it but throughout seasons, we see how he matured little by little which amazes me. In movie, he wasn't like s1 Kise at all because he was a lot more mature. Aside from maturity, let's talk about how Kise thought relying on your teammates meant weakness. Since Generation of Miracles stopped playing as a team and even challenged each other with how many points they could score. They were rivals even if they were playing in the same team. No wonder Kise thought relying on your teammates was a sign of weakness. In s1, we already saw how obsessed he was with winning and how much he hated losing. He even cried over a practise game, which was meet by confusion. "Is kise crying? I get it he's upset but it's just a practise game." was said by people who watched the friendly match. Yet Kise didn't think of it as same. How long has it been since he lost? He doesn't remember. He has been so used to winning in Teiko that he completely forgot how it much it hurts to lose. Slowly, he started to realise that it's okey to rely on your teammates just as they rely on you, that he wasn't weak for that, for needing help. I think Kise had greatest character development in s2 and/or in Kaijo vs Too Academy. That's when he realised that he was carrying his teammates dreams on his back as Ace of the team, that teamplay is necesarry in basketball. He realised how much his teammates supported him and believed in him not because he's Generation of Miracle but because they trust him, Kaijo's Kise Ryouta. After they lost, he trained hard with injured leg because he didn't want to see his team suffer like that again. He took his position as Ace more seriously and overworked himself which is character developments itself. Due to Kise being able to observe and learn at first glance, he hasn't been a hardworker, especially not to this point. In the meantime, he realised how much he loved this team. How much he loved Kaijo High School's Basketball team.
Aside from his character development, let's talk about him in general. How he has to put masks on his face since he's celebraty, popular model and he can't trust many people. For example, Kise is very very nice to his fangirls no matter how many times and how much they will cross the line but he doesn't think they want him for anything other than his looks and money. And Haizaki proved him that. When Haizaki stole Kise's "girlfriend" thinking that'd be the way to break him the most since he just thought of him as no better than pretty boy who's only value lies there yet Kise wasn't upset about that at all but because he wasn't good enough. I love how popular Kise is and that's exactly why he was lonely, why he craves genuine connections now. Even his type of girl is someone who loves and respects him for who he is, not for his looks or status. Oh Kise's quite high achiever who craves more and more because it's not enough for him, how he now overworks himself because he chases to be more than he is. How he tries and tries to be enough and pays more attention to his failures than his wins, which is why he thought he was "so fucking uncool" when he literally did the impossible by combining Perfect Copy and Zone together. How he craves genuine, sincere love that goes beyond his job as a model and him being Generation of Miracle but it's always out of reach.
AND HOW SOME PEOPLE CAN'T REALISE THAT KISE LASTS WITH HIS PERFECT COPY MORE THAN FIVE MINUTES, BUT EXACTLY THE SAME AMOUNT OF TIME AOMINE LASTS IN ZONE!!!
Admirals get on social media
