The two best reasons to ship anything are:
1.Incredible deep and detailed narrative themes. The parallels that seem to hit just right, the narrative foils that they can be to each other, the intricate dynamic that's both extremely complex and easily understood. The juxtaposition between something that's harsh and undoubtedly toxic, with the softer undertones, the parts where you read in-between the lines and find a mutual feeling of loneliness from both parts, their intrinsic understanding of each other comes from the mere fact that they're each others mirrored reflections and shadows. In the end both sides will be together forever, and you as an audience can clearly see their tragedy laid out before in a path that blurs pure anguish and tender romance
2.It would be so fucking funny
so maybe I just like the color coded teenagers who fight to save the world as a found family trope
Haikaveh also…
“You gave me a key and called it home”
Maybe going insane guys
ever since i was a little girl i always wanted to be unemployed
“i never see you at the club.” okay? well i never see you in henrietta, searching for the remains of welsh king, owain glyndŵr, but you don’t hear me complaining, right?
If my life was a tv show and people were shipping me and my friend n stuff. I want to be multi-ship potential but like in the same way as the raven cycle.
I think more people need to play around with Damian's speech. Don't get me wrong, I love the antiquated Victorian child style of speech, but also he's a teenager that swears plenty in the comics. We really need more scenes like:
Damian: Father, I regret to inform you that I have been assigned in-school suspension for the next three days.
Bruce: What, why?!
Damian: My classmate Kevin was disparaging a female classmate for turning him down, so I called him 'a rizz-less, basic-ass neckbeard bitch' and said I was going to fuck his mom and give her a son she'd actually love.
Bruce: *is completely speechless*
Damian: That is all I needed to tell you. If you will excuse me, I have homework to complete before dinner and patrol.
5 seems like the homophobic boys in the back of the class and 2 is the girl who claims to be bi but hate crimes the gays
dick: seriously tim, you’ve gotta start sleeping more. i’m starting to get concerned-
tim: *looking up from his laptop where he’s currently making a power point explaining which numbers are more likely to be homophobic* hmm? what do you mean?
B-but those are my emotional support tabs!
“DaAaAannyYYyy PhaaAaantOoom”, I say like a ghost.
