RECLAIMING DISCIPLINE CAN LOOK LIKE:
• keeping small + manageable promises to yourself daily
• healing your attention span (ex: reading books, watching movies without scrolling, letting yourself be bored)
• moving from "I'll try" to "I will"
• reframing pain + difficulty as often where the growth happens
• showing up as the person you want to be
• making mindful & nourishing choices VS choices that result in instant gratification
first level
start with the basics. eat healthier, exercise daily (this can be a 10 minute walk or an hour work out, doesn't matter; just do something) sleep 7-9 hours, shower every day, and clean your space.
second level
journal daily. start simple with talking about your day or writing about your favourite things.
listen to subliminals at night. spotify has a lot of playlists.
meditate with affirmations daily. i listen to thewizardliz's affirmation video while focusing on my breathing and relaxing my body.
speak kind to yourself and others. don't talk down on yourself, try not to judge, remind yourself that it's okay to make mistakes...
read books instead of doomscrolling. replace your social media screentime with reading a book.
make time for the people and things you love. even though you might be really busy with school or work, don't forget to be present. plan trips with your friends, eat dinner with your family, play that instrument that you liked so much, participate in team sports, be creative, etc.
third level
invest in a good skincare & oral care routine. this does not have to be expensive at all. i use the cerave cleanser and moisurizer and exfoliate 2 times a week. if you need to, use more but be careful it aligns with your skintype! brush your teeth two to three times a day, use a tongue scraper, chew gum, go to the dentist/orthodontist, whiten your teeths.
experiment with personal style. this includes hair, fashion, makeup, accessorizing, music, etc... don't follow trends if it's not what you actually like. have fun with it (for example, go shopping with your friends and try on stuff you would never glance at!)
shave your body. i personally use an epilator on my legs and a shaver under my arms. my mama advices me to not shave my arms or on my tummy, but honestly do what you think is best here.
pluck your eyebrows. i only pluck hairs that is going "outside" the shape of my eyebrows and just keep them looking mantained.
keep your nails clean. don't bite and don't get dirt underneath them. you can also polish them but you obviously don't have to.
these things are usually more expensive
get your nails done. in my experience it is around the €40-€80 to get them done in a salon. at home it's way less expensive because you only have to buy the equipment once and can use it for more than one time. i prefer doing them at home!
get an eyelash lift. i have gotten an lift for €35 but i've also seen people paint and lift them for more. it basically just lifts up your eyelashes and makes it look like your wearing mascara 24/7.
fake tan your body. i honestly have never done this, but after research, i found out it isn't damaging to your skin at all. you can buy self tanner at your local drugstore and at tanning salons.
nutritionist or books on healthy and balanced nutrition
dental treatments
endocrinologist, if you need to know and take care of the functioning of your hormones
treatments for the care of your skin and hair, such as hairdressing, good products for hair and face, facial cleansing, treatments that your skin needs, go to a dermatologist if you need it, know what type of skin you have and know what are the right products to take care of it.
gym, a sports activity or time to do some exercise on your own, such as training at home. this not only helps your body look good, but also improves your physical and mental health.
psychological therapy, there are still people who believe that the psychologist is only necessary for people with serious problems, but that is not so, a therapist can guide us and help us to improve in the areas of our life that we want.
energy therapies, which would be complementary to psychological therapy, such as reiki, energy cleansing, access bars, among others.
quality time with yourself, do the things you enjoy, your hobbies and also time with people who make you feel good and from whom you can both enrich each other.
and if you have more ideas about this, share them in the comments, it can be of great help to other people ✨
Every chic woman knows that a captivating day starts the night before. This routine is all about luxurious self-care – because waking up as the most poised, radiant version of yourself is a lifestyle. Ready to transform your evening into an elegant ritual? Let’s step into your new, elevated bedtime routine. 🛌🌸
Create an Atmosphere: Begin by setting a serene mood. Dim the lights, light a sophisticated candle (think notes of sandalwood or bergamot), and play a calming jazz playlist. This is your time to unwind and transition into a world of serenity. 🕯️🎶
Sophisticated Cleansing: Start with a cleansing oil to melt away makeup and daily grime. Rinse it off, then follow with a gentle, hydrating cleanser. This double cleanse is like a reset button, leaving your skin ready for its nighttime restoration. 💧🤍
The Hydration Layer: Pat on a luxurious serum – hyaluronic acid, vitamin C, or a skin-renewing elixir. Then, apply a rich night cream. Imagine each layer as a silk robe for your skin, nurturing and hydrating it while you sleep. 🌿✨
Elevated Facial Massage: Use a jade roller or gua sha to massage in your serum. Not only is this relaxing, but it boosts circulation and helps define your natural contours. It’s a moment of quiet elegance – a way to remind yourself of your own grace. 💆♀️🌿
Silk Essentials: Swap your pillowcase for silk. It’s gentle on your skin and hair, reducing friction while you sleep. A chic woman wakes up with smooth skin and effortless hair – because beauty is in the details. 🌸🛏️
Hair Ritual: Before bed, brush your hair and apply a touch of light hair oil to the ends. Twist it into a low bun or a loose braid for natural waves. It’s a simple yet sophisticated way to keep your hair looking polished in the morning. 💁♀️💎
The Nightcap: Pour yourself a cup of herbal tea – chamomile, peppermint, or lavender. Sip slowly, feeling the warmth relax your body. A classy woman indulges in these small, soothing rituals to unwind and replenish. 🍵🌿
Outfit Planning: Select tomorrow's outfit with intention. Choose pieces that make you feel confident and chic, whether it’s a tailored blazer or that perfect little black dress. Lay everything out: jewelry, shoes, and bag – so your morning flows seamlessly. 👜🖤
Screen Detox: Put your phone on “Do Not Disturb” mode at least 30 minutes before bed. In this quiet time, you’re choosing presence and grace over endless scrolling. 🌙
Read Something Timeless: Replace your screen with a classic book or an inspiring magazine. This is how chic women nurture their minds and escape into elegance before drifting off. 📖🌹
Visualize Tomorrow: As you close your eyes, picture yourself waking up refreshed, glowing, and composed. See yourself moving through the day with grace and poise. You’re setting the stage for a day where everything aligns effortlessly. 🕊️💭
This is more than a nighttime routine; it’s a ritual of self-respect and refinement. Wake up to your fullest potential, feeling radiant, empowered, and impeccably put-together. Sweet dreams, darling – tomorrow, the world is your runway. 🌟🛌🌹

I know you feel like shit, keep going anyway.
Don't stop when you feel discouraged.
Feeling discouraged doesn't equal failure. Quitting however, does guarantee it. You can feel like shit and still manifest. You've got this. "Resistance" is just discomfort you experience when your old beliefs are being forced out. Your subconscious/the 3D are showing you what you used to believe. Keep going. You're doing everything right.
Take a nap, get a drink of water, take care of yourself, but don't fucking quit.
How to create a new assumption
You don't "create" it, you simply are it. There is one I AM, and in that I AM you can be anything you wish to in consciousness. You do not "make" it with your mind, you accept it as true by understanding the difference between the mind and reality. As soon as you accept it you are it. There is no "I want to believe" or "I am trying to accept" or "I must believe in" . No. You are the I AM, that is it. Anything in your consciousness that you accept as true is already a reality.
for example; You are in a mental conversation with your SP in your mind, you simply allow yourself to "be" in that imagined state. For example, the state of being in conversation with your SP, do not question it, do not try to figure out how it would happen, do not focus on not having the SP yet, if you want it, you deserve to experience it in the 3D in your imagination:) I would recommend making a list of "states" you would consider the wish fullfilled.
For example if you wanted to manifest your sp saying "I love you", then you would do a list of "states" of experiencing a lovey dovey conversation that you would enjoy. Or imagining them saying I love you. Do not worry about the 3D, this is to train your mind to be the I AM. As long as you do not question your state of imagination, it HAS to be materialised.
