Shifting is not a "new" concept, it was always there.

When I was a kid (6 or 7 i think), whenever I had a bad day I would lie down in my bed and imagine a different universe, and rewrite my entire day in my mind; what I did, who i talked to, what my room looked like, ect.

Eventually, I noticed things started to actually work out like I had imagined. I was able to wear clothes I imagined my mum bought, I would have "deja vu" where things I imagined would happen in real life.

I shifted to a reality where the things I imagined were real.

This was YEARS before i found out about LOA or shifting or anything like that.

Manifesting is real.

Shifting is real.

I didn't use any "method", I didn't even believe it was real. I just imagined, and it happened.

If i could do it, you can too.

So, I've been kinda thinking about the affirmations I'm saying

I tried something out and holy damn I never felt this connected to any of my DRs, so I thought I may as well share it with you if you're having a hard time affirming.

Simple thing, instead of "I am shifting" I tell myself "you are shifting" as in 'someone convinces me' of that fact. I don't try to desperately convince myself, or persuade myself of it.

People tend to believe things better when they're told because it's someone else reminding them of their beliefs. I may as well have started to write my script that way

"Your eye color is blablabla"

because I realized that it helps me visualize when it's written in 2nd person.

No idea if that's just me but I wanted to share it because it really helped me a lot. Wouldn't mind hearing about your experience and what made you feel closer to your DR<3
