"I'm done playing nice, little heroes." The villain straightened his back, and wiped the blood from his lip. "So this is your final warning; turn around, go home, and let me finish my business."

Wow, this past week was a long one, but I’m back! Enjoy! :)
Part 1 | Part 2 | Part 3
With tears streaming down her face Liv punched the wall. Ignoring the pain in her hand, she punched it again.
The Principal had broken her.
She had sworn to him that she would never break, but here she was. Broken.
She turned and slid down the wall sitting on the floor. She pulled her knees to her chest and let out a sob.
Her cell door slid open, and a guard stepped into the room.
“Class time.”
Liv didn’t move.
The guard stepped closer and pulled her up to her feet. She didn’t fight and followed him down the hallway.
They arrived at the gym, and the door slid open. She was pushed inside, and the door slid shut behind her.
Standing right in front of her was The Principal. His signature grin was plastered on his face.
“Welcome to class Liv.”
She just stood there staring at him.
His smile just widened as he stepped to her right.
“I need you to do something for me.” He motioned to a figure at the back of the room. “They are going to try and get out of this room, and I need you to stop them.”
Liv studied the figure.
They wore something that looked like what Liv was wearing, but they also wore a black hood that covered their face.
The President stepped closer to the door. “This is your test to see if you will do what I say.” He opened the door and stepped into the hallway. “If not, you will regret it. Go.” He yelled and slammed the door shut.
The figure started running towards the door. Liv sprinted after them and caught them by the arm. She pulled them back.
The figure pulled at her fingers, but Liv just tightened her grip. They grabbed her wrist and pulled it down as fast as they could. Catching Liv off guard, she let go of their arm.
They took off running towards the door again.
Liv grabbed at her wrist and took off towards them again. They were getting too close to the door.
Liv dove at them taking out their legs. The figure fell forward and landed hard on the ground. When they hit the ground, Liv heard a loud snap, and the figure let out a loud yelp.
The figure pulled their wrist to their chest and cried out in pain. Liv got to her feet confused.
Why did she recognize that voice?
The figure pushed themselves to their knees and then to their feet. Still grasping their wrist, they ran towards the door again.
Liv sprinted past them and stood in front of the door. They tried to push her to the side, but Liv pushed them back and pulled the hood off their head.
Alice stood in front of her.
“Alice, what are you doing here?” Liv grabbed her by the shoulder and pushed her away from the door.
Alice pushed her hands off her shoulders and wiped tears from her eyes. She just stared back at Liv.
“Is your wrist ok?” Liv reached for it, and Alice pulled it out of her reach.
“Why do you care?” Alice took a step away from her.
“What do you mean? I didn’t mean to hurt you, and I want to make it better.”
Alice just stared back at her.
Liv jumped forward and grabbed Alice’s arm. Alice let out another yelp, but Liv examined her wrist. Alice’s wrist was swollen, and it was starting to look purple. Broken.
Liv let go. “I think it’s broken.”
“Why do you care?” Alice repeated.
“Why do you keep asking that? I care about you.”
“No. You don’t. You don’t care about anybody except yourself.”
Liv stepped back in surprise. She tried to form words, but nothing was working.
Alice pushed past her and walked towards the door.
Shaking her head Liv turned towards Alice. “Who told you that?”
Alice turned and faced her. She didn’t look mad anymore, she just looked confused. “I-I don’t know.”
Liv took a step forward. “They are in your head, they are in mine as well.”
Tears filling her eyes Alice stepped towards her. “I can’t separate what they are telling me from what are my own thoughts.”
“I know. They are doing the same thing to me. I care about you, and I always will.” Liv stretched out her hand towards her.
Alice stepped forward and took Liv’s hand.
That’s when a shock sent them both flying away from each other.
Alice hit the wall next to the door, and Liv slid towards the back wall.
Not again. This had happened when she tried to comfort Conner. She jumped to her feet and ran towards Alice.
Alice sat up looking dazed. She winced and grabbed her wrist.
Liv sat down right in front of her. She reached for Alice’s arm when a voice came over the intercom. “I wouldn’t do that if I were you.”
Liv froze. She recognized that voice. It was The Principal.
“I’m very disappointed in both of you.”
The door slid open, and two guards walked over to them and pulled them both to their feet.
“You failed your test. Which means you will be doing more assignments to make it up.”
Liv’s heart sank as she was guided back to her cell.

Part 1
Ruby was woken up by being slammed against a wall. Still groggy, she opened her eyes.
“W-where am I?” She mumbled glancing around the room. Her eyes, still adjusting, could only see the arm that was pushing her against the wall.
The muscular arm held her by the front of her sweatshirt. A familiar laugh echoed in her mind.
That’s right. Something had happened in an alleyway. Some goon, no someone else, had pinned her down. How was he able to do that? She should have been able to fight him and get away, but something happened.
She grabbed his hand and pulled at it.
“Let me go.” She muttered weakly.
He just let out another laugh. He raised his free hand, and Ruby could feel something cold wrap around her neck. He then let her go, and she collapsed to the floor.
With her vision becoming more clear she glanced around the room again. It looked like a gym, with a climbing rope in the corner and mats lining the walls.
Ruby got to her feet and looked the man in the eyes.
“Who are you? And what is this?” She said pointing at her neck.
The man looked intrigued. “You really don’t remember me?”
“I wouldn’t be asking you if I did.”
He let out a huge sigh. “I am who created you. You only have your powers because of me.”
“I don’t remember you,” Ruby repeated. “I don’t remember getting my powers. I just remember walking to school, and waking up a week later.”
“That’s good.” He said with a large smile. “That was what we wanted to happen.”
“That doesn’t answer my question. Who are you?”
He let out his familiar laugh. “My name is Mick, but you called me Doctor Myers.”
Ruby stepped back shocked. That name was so familiar. It filled her with fear, and she remembered many nightmares containing that name.
“What did you do to me?”
“It doesn’t matter what I did. The only thing that matters is what I am going to get you to do. Starting right now. Your powers are good, but they can become better. I understand that you like to run up walls, but you could do something stronger. We have tests and experiments set up that will get you to that point.”
Ruby took a step back as he kept rambling on about the tests and experiments.
“I’m not doing any of that.” She said interrupting him.
Doctor Myers smiled at her. “You do not have a choice.” He pulled out a remote from his pocket and pressed a button.
A sharp pain erupted in her neck. She stumbled forward as her vision started to go blurry.
“What is this?” She asked sitting down on the floor.
Doctor Myers stepped forward. “Let’s just call it an obedience collar. If you don’t cooperate then the punishments will get worse. So I would learn how to obey.”
He stepped closer just as her vision went dark. Again.

Prompt: Kidnapped

“Eyewitnesses claim that they saw the small girl in a red sweatshirt and black mask fight the goons and then run up the wall and disappear.”
Ruby smiled as she pulled out her earphones. She was perched on top of a building watching the police arrest the goons she had just beaten up. She had run up the side of the building like the news said and decided to perch to make sure that everything was handled.
The police finished cleaning up and started to leave. Ruby got to her feet and ran across the roof of the building. Once she got to the edge, she jumped, landing on the side of the next building. She ran up to the roof and continued jumping from building to building before stopping on the tallest one.
She sat down on the edge of the building and grabbed her backpack she had hidden there earlier that day. Ruby was a normal kid or almost a normal kid. She had to go to high school and do homework just like every other kid in the city. The only thing different about her was her powers.
She didn’t really know how she had gotten the powers. She just remembered walking to school one day, then waking up a week later with scars she didn’t have before, and abilities she had to figure out.
Her cellphone rang out from the backpack. She fished it out quickly and answered it with a perky hello.
“Ruby, did you forget about the show?” The voice on the other side seemed upset.
“Oh my goodness, I did. I can meet you at your apartment in ten minutes.” Ruby quickly pulled her mask from her eyes, stuffing it into the backpack.
The voice on the other end of the phone sighed. “Don’t bother. I’ll just go by myself.”
“Wait, Mel, I’m sorry I’ve been so busy, but I can make it tonight.” Ruby ran across the roof and ran down the building until she jumped to the road.
“No, you’ve flaked on me too many times. I don’t know what is happening to you, but I can’t handle it anymore. I’ll talk to you more at school.” There was a click, and the phone fell silent.
Ruby kept running. She stuffed the phone back in her backpack.
Mel was her best friend, and now she probably hated her. She wiped a tear from her eye.
She turned down an alley that was a block from Mel’s apartment. She was about to run up the wall, but she noticed a person standing in front of her. She slowed to a walk and started to turn around.
“Pretty impressive what you did tonight.” The voice behind her was gruff.
Ruby froze. “I mean, those guys were big, and there were five of them. So pretty impressive.” The voice continued.
She started to take a few steps from the guy. How did he know it was her? Then she realized that she didn’t change her clothes. The only thing she had done was take off her mask. It was a rookie mistake, and she couldn’t believe it had happened.
“I don’t know what you’re talking about.” She whispered.
A laugh echoed down the alley, sending chills down her spine. That laugh sounded familiar. Why did she recognize it?
She was too busy trying to figure out where she knew the voice that she didn’t hear him getting closer to her until he was right behind her. He reached out and grabbed her arm.
Startled, Ruby pulled at his hand. Usually, that would have worked, but it didn’t seem to phase him. She decided to change tactics, she closed her hand into a fist, and punched the man in the face. Or she tried to.
The man caught her fist inches from his own face. She tried to pull her hand back, but the man’s grip was like iron. She was so confused. On top of running up the side of buildings, she had super strength. That’s why she could fight five guys, who were bigger than her, at the same time. Why couldn’t she do that to this guy?
“Stop struggling, your powers won’t work on me.” His lips parted into a creepy smile.
“Who are you?” Ruby kept struggling. Trying to loosen his grip on her hand.
His grasp tightened, and she yelped in pain. “I. Said. Stop. Struggling.”
Ruby stopped. “Thank you.” He let go of her hand and reached for his belt. She took that as her opportunity and punched him in the gut. He let out an oof, and his grip on her arm loosened. She pulled her arm free and took off towards the building.
She jumped, but he had the same idea. He caught her mid-air, and they both collapsed to the ground. She tried to crawl away, but he jumped up stepped on her arm.
She let out another cry of pain. The guy growled, murmuring under his breath. “This would have been much easier if you didn’t struggle so much.” That’s when she felt the needle.
She turned her head and saw a large syringe poking out of her arm. The man was pushing the plunger until the syringe was empty. He let out a sigh of relief and let go of her arm.
Ruby struggled to her feet, but her head was swirling. The floor and walls switched places multiple times. She ended up on the ground again. “W-what did you d-do to me?”
The guy stood over her with his creepy smile, and then her vision went black.
SUPERKIDDOS, Part 2! So pumped to see people excited about this project. Jon doesn’t appear in this part but he will in the next. Poor Dami gets himself kidnapped (as Damian Wayne, son of rich Bruce Wayne?)
The five meep meeps are Meepo (red), Meepina (green), Mee-Mee (yellow), Meepsa (blue) and Meepalleen (purple). Colin got Mee-Mee because its personality reminded him most of Damian (but don’t tell him that!)
(update: made a small edit on page 8!)

“What? Like, a disabled protagonist? How would that even work? How could someone with a disability be the hero in an action show?” local anime trash boy wonders while sitting next to his box sets of Full Metal Alchemist, showing no hint of irony or self awareness.
they’re not there for fun, they’re there to make the video more accessible to disabled people and hard of hearing folk!
using them as tools for fun takes away from their goddamn purpose and turns them into a toy instead of a tool.
