When you read JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure for the first time
No, no, no, you don’t understand.
This man wrote more music than just this
And let’s not forget this fine piece of art here

I wish that in in my worst times, good fortune will arise.
reblog and make a wish! this was removed from tumbrl due to “violating one or more of Tumblr’s Community Guidelines”, but since my wish came true the first time, I’m putting it back. :)
I may be going slightly mad but I just can't help but think that in chapter 53 when Josefumi's trying to save Kira he looks like he's trying to say something. Like I know he's dead at that point but he just looks like there was something he really wanted to say before he died. Was I the only person who saw this
//i’m assuming by ‘he’ u mean kira, right? i took a look at chapters 52 and 53, but here’s what i gathered from 52 mainly:
obvs we’re led to believe kira likely died on impact with the explosion shrapnel; the first time his face is shown after the explosion is i think to show how clouded n lifeless his eyes are, probably to convey how futile josefumi’s following efforts are
even tho i think he’s pretty much gone, it almost feels like his expression changes in some of the panels after that, so maybe that’s what you’re reading into? (i know the first time i read this chapter i was half in denial and was hoping that was a sign he wasn’t completely gone)… could also just be araki’s famed Lack of Continuity as usual fkdjglkj
but!! curiously in the very last panel of this chapter, kq is briefly shown:
was that just an aesthetic choice on araki’s part? or does that imply kira was still a tiny bit alive? if so, he sustained heavy injuries and probably wouldn’t be able to move or show any sign of so at all… perhaps he was just slightly conscious, unable to do anything, and fading fast. they say your hearing is the last of your senses to go when you die, maybe he even heard some of what josefumi was saying before he was gone for good…
IN ALL i think your take on the situation is plausible :3c
While my knowledge of Steel Ball Run only goes so far, I feel as though Diego from an Alternate Universe isn’t quite the same as Original Diego. From my point of view, they both stem from the same general “source,” were born under the same name, and (perhaps) have the same base personality. Most likely some events in Diego from an Alternate Universe’s life are different from Original Diego’s.
Personally, Diego from an Alternate Universe reminds me much more of Dio than Original Diego does, so I’ll go out on a limb and say that Diego from an Alternate Universe could have grown up like without his mother like Dio. Unfortunately I have no evidence of this.
Do you guys consider AU Diego to be the “same” person as the original? I personally see them as two completely different people - as far as we know, AU Diego might not even have the same background as the original Diego but mostly I like to distinguish them because AU Diego does and says some pretty messed up things (mainly the stunt with the fangirls and his gross threats to Lucy) and I honestly cannot imagine the original Diego going that far. Thoughts?
Currently doing random things. Background image is not mine, profile picture is from JoJolion. I'm most interested in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, A Series of Unfortunate Events (both the books and the Netflix series) and Dunkirk. I may not be an artist in the drawing sense, but I do write short stories. Perhaps I'll even post them one day. Enjoy your stay. Icon is a screenshot from JoJolion, although I cannot remember which chapter.
