Okay, the sleep thing. I'm curious.

What time do you get to sleep on a "good" night. Like, you didn't accidentally stay awake too late or crash early from exhaustion and you'll feel pretty good waking up at your normal or required time the next day. What time do you aim to be *asleep* in bed, not just going to bed. (This is largely going to exclude people on nocturnal and swing schedules, sorry, I'm trying to figure out how the people dealing with a basically daylight schedule sleep)
