The alternate Pantheon (Broken Pantheon) actually had nothing to do with the kidnapping! In fact, no godly being even knows that the kids have been dropped into their world, at least not yet. It was the physical manifestation of Fate Itself from that reality that committed that act, which is why the gods can't track their kids, and why the Three Fates are hella pissed.

Without spoiling too much, the BP!Gods spent longer in Kronos' stomach, and were all cursed by him before he was cut up and yeeted into The Pit. They are cursed to not be able to reproduce with mortals; with babies either being born hateful monsters with a hunger for ichor and blood, or not being born alive at all. Even godly children are born sickly, and remain that way until they can secure their own domains, and some fade before they do. The godly parents are also affected, becoming much weaker and fevered.

As a result, the Olympians are much closer than in canon. They've all suffered losses, and are fiercely protective over what kids they do have, even if they're all grown immortals now. Pan and Dionysus are the family babies currently.
