Void state ~ pure consciousness. Simply put you don't force yourself to be your purest self, you ALLOW yourself to be, let go of everything around you and become the observer of your thoughts.

I'm someone that have thoughts running through my mind constantly and I did at some point think that to be in the state you had to force the thoughts away and only focus on the back of your eyelids and affirm " I am" but that didn't do much for me because I was still trying to be pure consiousness but you don't try to be something you already are at core.

Realizing that, to be you really have to surrender and to observe. Forcing thoughts away is taking action and avtively doing something but with the state you're not doing anything so to go around this you allow thoughts to pass through you. Be the observer of your thoughts and don't engage with them.

let go of wanting to "enter" the void state and simply put.. Just be. Like coming home from a long day and all you wanna do is lay in bed and do absolutely nothing. To have no goal, no desire, no nothing. Just being in bed and being quiet.

We're so used to always doing something to get something, to be something, to have something but being pure consciousness is releasing all of that.

People with a scarcity and limiting mentality look for someone to blame.

Examples:

I feel bad about myself because I can't socialize in this social group. It's their fault for not talking to me 🙄

- It's not their fault that you don't talk. You have to start talking.

I feel ugly because a classmate told me I was ugly 😭

- It's not her fault how you feel about her comment. You control what you feel, you control the importance you give or not to her comment, You control whether you believe it or not.

(Maybe that sounds cold, but it's true, you control whether you believe it or not)

You do not need approval in order to begin thinking different. Are you doing it right, is it the right method, is this the right way, NONE OF THAT MATTERS.

It's not the method or the approach that manifests it's choosing to think from the state of having it. There isn't a way to do it wrong. You don't need confirmation that you're doing it right because whether or not it's right is just an assumption that YOU make.

You are not powerless to your assumptions. Your assumptions are not creating your thoughts your thoughts created the assumption and now you have to break the habit of reinforcing it. All you're doing is breaking a thought pattern.

You are not fighting the assumption because it is entirely reliant on you for it's existence.

Some of you seem to think you can't think as if until you've changed the assumption but that's HOW you change the assumption. "I can't do this I have limiting beliefs" why are you acting like you have to adhere to them!? You can change those beliefs by just thinking the opposite.

You haven't changed your assumption because for whatever reason you are deeply uncomfortable with being in the state of having it. You are waiting for something external to kickstart the change but it's waiting on you.

"Stop telling people shifting is easy it's hard for some people to change their mindset" HOW do you THINK the mindset change happens? Telling yourself shifting is easy is what changed your mindset. It's so confusing to me that people say this. "NO don't tell me it's easy. It's hard because I don't believe it's easy and that's hard to change"

It's just a circular chain of logic. You point to your lack of belief as the reason you can't have it and because you can't have it you refuse to believe that you can. That's insane.

That's so confusing. You made that assumption. You can't assume differently now just because of something else you assumed???

You can start thinking you have it. You can do that with fuck all to back it up and with no method. You don't need a justification to assume differently.

Methods and tools are amazing but do NOT wait till you've jumped through hurdles before you allow yourself to think/assume differently.

I'm so frustrated that I haven't been able to enter the void yet. I always end up falling asleep, do you have any tips for that?

When you fall asleep, it's a sign that you're relaxing too much and that you're too involved in trying to control the process. So rather than struggling with the idea of staying awake, accept that every thought and experience you have is part of the process. The void is simply the recognition that you are already that pure awareness, stop trying to enter the void. When you stop looking for it, that's where you are, of course.

(This is just a little bit of my own reflection with myself, I share it in case it helps anyone.)

Life, in its essence, is in constant movement. It takes us from one place to another, faces us with challenges, pushes us toward goals. In a world where we are always searching, achieving, and striving, it can be difficult to understand such a simple yet profound concept: surrender. But the truth is, the art of surrender is the key to accessing the void.

What does it mean to surrender?

Surrender does not mean failing or giving up on life. It is not defeat or the passive acceptance of circumstances. On the contrary, surrender is a conscious act of letting go of control. It is abandoning the need to manage, control, and manipulate circumstances, people, or even our own thoughts. Surrender is not giving up on a battle, but accepting and flowing with what is, without resistance or expectations.

Surrendering to the Void: The Path to Pure Consciousness?

The void is that space where everything exists without form, where there is no time, no space, no resistance. It is the essence of pure consciousness, a place where thought and duality disappear, and only being remains. Entering the void requires total surrender. In the void, there is no effort, no struggle, no control, There is no need to wait for something to happen. All we do is BE.

By surrendering, we merge with universal consciousness, recognizing that we are not something separate, but part of the infinite flow of creation.

How to Surrender? Simple and Easy.

• Relax deeply: Free yourself from tension and effort. Relaxation is key to accessing the void. Let go of any attempt to control the moment. Just be.

• Trust : Surrendering is trusting that everything that happens is aligned with your purpose. There is nothing that needs to be “fixed.” Everything is perfect as it is.

• Total surrender: Surrender is an act of complete surrender to the present moment. When you surrender completely, you open yourself to the infinite, to the void, to instant creation.

In the void, everything is possible. Everything we desire is already present, waiting to be manifested. By surrendering, we stop being the “doers” and become conscious creators of our reality. There is no effort. There is only being.

Final

Surrendering to the void is not surrendering to life as something that happens outside of you, but surrendering to the inner truth. By surrendering, we recognize that we are the void, and that our essential nature is to create from that pure consciousness. From the void, there is no separation between you and what you desire. It already is.

The art of surrender is the art of being. And in that being, everything manifests instantly.

So? Lie down, relax, relax with whatever you want, and surrender. And now, just be you.

How to enter the Void State?

How To Enter The Void State?

1: It’s easy. Don’t overcomplicate it. Every time you get lost in thoughts and don’t feel your surroundings anymore, that’s when you’ve entered the void.

2: Personally, I prefer to do this method at night. But do what’s best for you, preferably at a time when you won’t be disturbed. Lie or sit down—whatever is more comfortable for you.

3: Scratch every itch you have, then lay still once you’re ready, listening to calm music. Anything that keeps your mind awake but lets your body fall asleep— you should not move so you reach the void faster.

4: Lie still, let the music play for around 20-30 minutes without moving. By now, your body should be asleep, and your mind awake. When the music stops, simply focus on the black behind your eyes and, if you want to, affirm.

That’s it.

Stop looking for more information, do it.

Many of us spend hours and hours on Tumblr, YouTube, TikTok, really on endless applications and websites to search for information, more information, despite knowing the universal laws, knowing the law of assumption and attraction, knowing about subliminals, the void state, affirmations, knowing that we control everything, despite knowing what is necessary.

If you already know that, what else do you need? You have everything to manifest the life you want to have, you have everything to be able to shift, you have everything for this and for that, you have it. What are you waiting for? Just try with what you already have, and if you fail, what? It doesn't matter. Continue with optimism and confidence (as difficult as it may be, I understand).

Don't over-inform yourself because that also limits you. The fact of knowing so much is of no use to you if you don't put it into action.

Do it.

Stop Looking For More Information, Do It.

a lot of people forget that all you have to do is be. just be. as soon as you think of something you want, embody it. i do this with crushes as well, just be “delusional”. almost like stepping into a door where your life is different. i sometimes subconsciously do this when i watch shows i start to pick up certain character’s personality or certain things about them and i kind of play into it. and stay on it, remember repetition is key. its fun actually!
