I’m so pleased that so many of you liked my latest post of Michael fanart. I stopped posting art online a few years ago because it affects my anxiety. I know that may sound silly, but sometimes putting yourself out there with art can be very daunting, especially so when you have an anxiety disorder.

I used to post a lot of art a long time ago, but anxiety really put a damper on things for me. I still have anxiety issues, but I’m trying to find joy in sharing art again because I did enjoy being part of the art community.

So, I just wanted to give a shout out to those of you who have liked my art lately. It is very much appreciated and hopefully I’ll continue to be able to share art with you all. 😘

This is like shouting into the void but I just felt like posting anyways. I know art is basically a journey and it changes with you as you get older. My art right now is in some sort of transitional stage and consistency isn’t part of the plan and that drives me nuts. I also stopped posting art online a while back because it was giving me anxiety and likes and follower count was affecting me mentally and stunting me artistically. Not to mention seeing the constant art theft of others is really a spirit breaker. But Im Hoping with a fresh start and a better frame of mind that I can tap back into the joy of sharing art for the sake of having fun.
