"The stars hear the same prayers everyday.
Each from a mortal with different name.
Most of them are usually older in age,
Constantly asking for wild claims.
But one that stuck out to the stars,
Was the prayer of someone with half a heart.
It wasn't for a money, or for a game.
It was for love, for shelter. For no reason for shame.
And if that wasn't possible, the prayer continued,
Then I'm okay with a life to lose.
And as always, the stars would've complied.
