Okay so imagine that izuku meets aizawa early on and then grows up with dadzawa because he is a vigilante. Eventually gets adopted. He sneaks off and saves eri. Eri becomes part of the fam. Katsuki is izukus bf and essentially becomes like a brother to eri too.
