When Will doesn’t wnat to be with him.

I think he would use the chaos, because he really love not like in a platonic way.

He is obessed with him like Ayano, in Yandere simulator.

Like in the season one  “ They first met in Aperitif, with Hannibal immediately becoming intrigued with Will's unique empathy. Soon, Will becomes Hannibal's patient, although not in official capacity, since they are "simply having conversations"”
