Dive Deep into Creativity: Discover, Share, Inspire
I thought i would keep all the posts about Ukraine and russian agression here on my main blog, but there were just SO many, i decided to split it into another blog @ukrocorvid. I`m still gonna reblog a lot of stuff here on my main/art account @artcorvid, since i feel like my art is NOT apolitical and I always knew i would also use my art account to also talk about the situation in Ukraine and ongoing political events. But there was just so much information i wanted to share, i decided to post most of it to the other blog, and only repost the most important stuff here, to not drown everything else out and keep it easier to look find stuff 🐦⬛🌒✨ ================================================
i think i've decided to change my blog into a writing-centred blog,,, will be making major changes around my profile and deleting a lot of my posts :')
i will only keep the drawings that are related to what i want to do, i suppose, and that probably includes fandoms that im not really active in anymore.
what is it ??
no, just do not think that this is somehow connected with the pseudo-science "Astrology" Why ASTRO? Because it is a reference to the stars, to space. The fact is that my birthday is April 12 - Cosmonautics Day :)
this blog was created to be a demonstration area for design experiments. This is a non-commercial project, so the development activity at this stage is a little weak, but if interest in this resource grows, then the project will become more lively and active
Red Fort
Red Fort or Lal Qila is a UNESCO World Heritage Site located in old Delhi, India & built by Emperor Shah Jahan in the mid 17th century when he decided to shift his capital from Agra to Delhi.
It served as the main residence of the Mughal emperors. The historical fort has huge red sandstone walls, palaces, balconies, royal baths, canals, gardens &: mosque.
Apart from these, there are also two popular structures in the complex called the Hall of Public Audience/Diwan-i-Am) & the Hall of Private Audience (Diwan-i-Khas).
A gem of the Mughal era for sure.

Hampi: The Saga Of A Lost City
From the land of living rocks; a saga in stone; Hampi (a town in the South Indian state of Karnataka, India) is home to an ancient Indian dynasty called the Vijayanagara empire established in the mid 14th century where both art & architecture flourished.
Amongst the marvel of the ruins & the splendours of a bygone era, I am that soul who is busy chasing the sunrise & sunset- beautiful examples that both beginning & ending can be gorgeous.

I Want To Break Free
I want to break free from the daily routine; from the mundane life; from staying indoors & staying safe; from Covid.
Would love to flap my wings; travel far & wide; take risks; lose myself in the wilderness; fear nothing; dream often; create some precious memories & leave my footprints 👣 in the sands of time.

Life Is A Journey
There are muddy roads; concrete roads; no road; stairs to climb; rivers & bridges to cross; hills to trek; interesting souls on the way; at times nobody; sunny days; cloudy sky; dark nights & cheerful mornings.
But the journey must continue as always. Agree?

The Blue Pottery
The Blue Pottery or the only form of pottery which is not made from clay. Yes, you heard that right. It's a stone based pottery. The name 'Blue Pottery' comes from cobalt blue dye used to colour the pottery.
A traditional craft of Jaipur of Central Asian origin. It is believed to have originated in China and then spread to Turkey & even Netherlands.
The Persian art of blue pottery came to Jaipur from Persia (as the name suggests) & Afganistan. It was brought to India during the Mughal period via Kashmir.
This pottery is made from an Egyptian paste by mixing quartz stone powder, powered glass, multani mitti/Fuller's earth, borax, gum & water.
Beautiful items like tiles, door knobs, pots, vases, plates, lamps are produced. The biggest advantage of this pottery is that it doesn't develop cracks; it is hygienic & is quite suitable for daily use. In recent times more colours like green, turquoise, yellow etc are being used.
In fact I can never get bored of travelling to the Pink City of India over & over again, just to to get a glimpse of those gorgeous blue creations. The colour blue makes me smile every time.

I can't wait to get some writing started and to just start posting content in general ! it'd be wonderful to have your support ♡.
Yesterday I published this post:
Yes, it was so :( a terrible mistake occurred! I wrote to Tumblr support about this and received this response this morning:
- Pier Vittorio Tondelli, Biglietti agli amici
(...) Guardali, qualche volta, i quadri appesi a casa tua.
- Carla Casolari
- Aldo Carotenuto, Psicologia dell'amore
- Fedör Dostoevskij, I fratelli Karamazov
