Look, I'm not gonna sugarcoat it. There's a reason why the og writers of the RA fandom don't stay long. Compared to fan artists, fic writers received way less engagement and reblogs. It's always been that way. It's incredibly unfair. No amount of "just write what makes you happy!" Or even silent reblogs could make it feel better. It's always feel like fic writers are writing for ghosts in this fandom.
