Luigi: So cooool.
Yes, drew to my friend for gift, Luigi!
Toad: You people need to prioritize!
New strip!
Toadette: Say, there’s a nice-looking monster!
Toad: For the last time, we are NOT stopping for directions!
Toad: It's time for another Good Idea, Bad Idea.
Toad: I can see the resemblance. Peach: People keep telling me that. (Author’s Note: Happy Monday!)
Peach: Who needs homeowner’s insurance when you’ve got magic?
(Author’s Note: Happy Monday! New Cleanup Crew today!)
Bowser: BWAHAHAHAHA. Back in the day, these moves made all the princesses swoon! (Author’s Note: A not-so-lazy sketch of His Royal Churlishness. So, I was recently tricked by GIFs of TheLombax51‘s great Dat Cat Koopa into believing that there was a Mario Mix 2 in the works, which amused me. I immediately decided to remind everyone of the Original Sexy Bowser Boogie. Five failed drafts and the discovery that there’s no such thing as Mario Mix 2 later, and here he is!)
Peach: HAPPY NEW YEAR, PUNK!
(Author’s Note: In honor of the occasion, a full-color panel for you).
(Author;s Note: Hat Tip for awesome nerd art).
A while back, I had the idea of Bleck’s crew being their own “Elite Four” (with Bleck as the champion) and decided to make the old-school sprites (based on the Gameboy Pokemon games) to match. Since then, I’ve decided to work through requests and my own whims to make a lot of other Paper Mario characters in this style. I’ve never really done pixel art, so it’s been a lot of fun and I’ve learned so much! But right now I’m going to rest on this series for now and move onto something else. Almost all of these fit within the size constraints of the original Pokemon sprites, but I wasn’t holding myself to the same standards on some of the earlier ones, so they might be a wee bit too wide or tall. Enjoy! dA link
