I binge ate again I ate WAY to much I will end up alot above 2000 kcal today, I cant do that again or I will be even more fat so...
tomorrow I will set my punishment by only eating dinner!

I regret all the food I ate today it whas not worth it
Today I ate one big wrap bc my perents pushed me too its the worst feeling ever atleast I ate less today before (today: wrap and 2 cookies) and I had work today so that's a big workout all day long happly. (14.411 steps) if I dint ate that wrap that would be so good for my weightπ
