I just found two terf blogs. An Anya Mouthwashing one and a Shadow the Hedgehog one. Like bro, get outta here. No one wants you guys. Sonic is against oppression and Anya had her autonomy taken away by Jimmy. Terfs want to take away trans people's autonomy, like girl, you have more things in common with Jimmy than you do with Anya.

Edit: I dug a bit deeper into their blogs and holy shit. They're making jokes about killing trans people and trans suicides. You guys can't call yourselves feminists and then make jokes about killing minorities and their suicide rates. With the Shadow one it seems like they got raped because they were trans and this might be a trauma response, but that doesn't give them the right to hate on trans people for what a transphobe did. The Anya one is also an aphobe and doesn't take sexual assault against asexual people seriously.

Remember how she personally funded organizations that will and has taken away trans right? Remember her bragging about it in a cartoony villain way on her Twitter account? Remember her giving a sexual abuser flowers? Remeber how she praised a man who thinks that sixteen is the "prime birthing age"? Remember her calling Lolita a "tragic love story"? Remember her saying that "at least the taliban knows what gender is"? Remember her calling trans people the "gender taliban"?

Don't you bully trans women constantly and tell them to kill themselves? Just because you call yourself a "feminist" doesn't make you one. Id like to note the lack of “anti racism” here as well. For those that don’t know radical feminism and TERFs come from second wave feminism which is considered by most feminists to be the most racist and ineffective wave of feminism. Basically a bunch of pissy white rich ladies who whined about black women being “a threat” to them (familiar sounding isn’t it) and generally opposed all civil rights that weren’t “give rich white ladies more rights and money”. Sometimes, you post on tumblr.com saying that women’s evils are not “better” evils just bc they’re women, thinking that most people will agree because obviously, if a person does a Bad Thing, it is a Bad Thing, regardless of gender. You go along with the assumption that most people have the critical thinking to know that “yes, gender does not negate horrible things people do” and you think maybe these people will scroll along or leave a little heart and go about their merry ways.

Unfortunately, you did not expect to accidentally summon every terf in a 50 mile radius who can’t decide if you’re a typical icky man or self-hating woman, and they all proceed to say “nuh uh all the cool girls are committing property damage and assaulting people” (deadass a thing I was told).

The phrase “I’m just a girl” is infantilizing. It plays into the idea that women are helpless and have no agency to their choices. It opens the doors for passive misogyny and perpetuates the idea of a “weak woman”

And I stand by what I originally said, if you’re a grown ass woman who assaults someone, damages property, steals, blackmails, abuses, or dare I say murders someone, YOU!! DID!! A BAD!!! THING!!!

What feminism is: I think that women should be allowed to have the same opportunities as men and to be treated with the same respect while also not putting down other women who choose to be traditional as long as it isn't hurting them or me. I also think that women shouldn't be slutshamed for choosing to do sex work or dressing in revealing clothing, or owning their beauty/sexuality. But, they also shouldn't be treated as just a sex symbol since there is more to a woman than their looks.

What it isn't: Kill all men. Trans people bad. Man bad. Sexy woman bad. Big boobs bad. Bisexual and pansexual bad. Non binary bad.

I saw someone saying earlier that feeling safe and being safe are different and that we are entitled to being safe, but not to feeling safe, and the example they brought up was like terfs making trans women existing in bathrooms out to be this huge danger to cis women when all stats and research shows that trans women are not and have never been any type of danger to cis women which is what i mean by not all boundaries are valid and I think it’s important to be aware of your reasoning for setting a boundary outside of something just making you feel uncomfortable

You know what’s funny to me? That I post about protecting trans lives in a respectful way, I take the time to explain, and show links, and overall I try to be nice to everyone—including people like you, who come into my asks being extremely rude—just to get compared to this subgroup.

That’s what they are. A subgroup within a much larger group that are dedicated to defending trans rights and their lives.

Besides, are TERFs really going to act like they’ve never behaved like this? Really? They’ve never sent death threats? They’ve never bullied a trans girl to the point of suicide? They’ve never done anything wrong?

It’s easy to make yourself feel better by looking at this side of us, where people don’t quite understand that they’re stooping to your level. But at the end of the day, a TERF is someone who wants to take away basic rights from a human being who was born in the wrong body and is trying to fix that glitch in nature. A TERF is someone who excludes people just because they’re trans, who invalidates their gender identity. If that doesn’t make you a jerk, I don’t know what will.

Yes we hate the gender binary when it is being FORCED onto us. The gender binary is ultimately just a form of expression that has been historically intertwined with a set of expectations for your specific sex organs.

So what if some peoples way of expression is more binary than others? Why do YOU get to dictate that? We don’t hate the gender binary because its an expression form, we hate it being forced onto us.

I thought everyone experiences gender differently and all types are valid?
