I just felt the need to give this boy some pants

Moldova doesn't wear anything (or almost anything ) under his coat apparently . I mean ... I get he is supposed to be poor , but doesn't he deserve pants at the very least ?

I ended up giving him some clothes that actually fit him , without distancing myself too much from his original design .

RR cover v.2 ( I guess)

I made v.1 last year and posted it on the Hetalia amino and Hetafacts amino . I attempted to redraw it in february this year , but my art program crashed when I was almost done , leaving me with nothing more than a blank canvass and my broken soul :) . But it’s finally done now
