Eli sleeps on Thrawn after an exhausting week, while Thrawn defends his statement that Chiss don’t need as much sleep.

The problem with Thrawn as a villain in the Ahsoka show is that I ask myself WHERE IS ELI, ARE YOU THINKING ABOUT ELI RIGHT NOW, THRAWN? I'M THINKING ABOUT ELI RIGHT NOW.

And also how are his people? Is Ar’alani safe? Where’s Wutroow? Is Che’ri safe? Are Thalias and Samakro together?

And on top of that why had Thrawn to be evil? Surely because Eli isn’t at his side.

We never got their proper farewell so I drew one. Their friendship means so much to me, and Ar’alani’s question of whether he has it so much better in the Empire is one that gets to me every time. 🫂

Thrawn: *explains his plan*

Ar’alani: Are you Crazy?

Thrawn: No, I am a responsible adult.

Ar’alani: *looks at him*

Rereading Thrawn Treason and this conversation had me laughing. Thrawn talking about protocols after being exiled for not following them ...

Thrawn: Senior Captain, I appreciate your concerns but please get out of my room.

Samakro: *standing just outside the doorframe* I'm not in your room.

Thrawn: AR‘ALANI-

Samakro: Hey! No fair! You can't just call Ar‘alani every time you want to get your way!

Thrawn: Perhaps.

Samakro: *immediately running away* That's so much worse and you know it!
