I believe this is 11th episode called Follies at the Coven Day Parade: In the aftermath of her trip home, Luz takes on daring rescue missions during the Coven Day parade.

I believe that Eda will tell Luz about Raine and they are going to save them.

On both pictures we can see Bob the builder (im sorry xD) and a cat. I think these are statues representing covens in the Coven Day Parade.
