Mattew Rhyes and I’m going to tell you why. Just the way he voice acts Belos and the smooth talk while being threatening and being able to go off the rails at any moment is just fantastic to the point that if there was ever a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde tv show I would consider it a crime if he wasn’t playing them.
