Happy birthday to Epel. I DID finish on time I just didn't use this tumblr until now!!! Anyway, context is that he's pulling something called a "dekayama" which is a giant float from my town's local festival. By my town, I mean the one I'm currently living in... I'm moving soon and I'm gonna miss this festival!
