Tumblr's new potentially mature content label is crazy, apparently my middle school level humor is too much for it. I make sure that anything that is NSFW is marked with a mature label already. Whatever standards their bot used are worse than that of my hyper conservative puritanical parents.

I didn't have the option through mobile but if you go through your desktop settings, under visibility there is a toggle to switch so your work is not used in training AI, it's off by default (go figure lol)

HOW TO MAKE SESSIONBOX WORK AGAIN AFTER BETA-TUMBLR WAS FORCED ON YOU.            a step by step guide on CHROME (that has worked for me so luckily it will work for others)

step 1. uninstall sessionbox completely. annoying, i know, but it’s gotta be done.

step 2. go to all your blogs, one by one, and if they have the beta activated, make sure you go to EACH BLOG’s settings > dashboard and make sure the beta dashboard is turned off.

step 3. clear your chrome’s cookies completely (in fact, i recommend you just clear your browser data entirely for this, but if you can’t, just the cookies and the history should be fine). to clear the cookies on chrome you click the three little dots on the upper corner, then go to settings and find this:

step 4. close all chrome windows to restart it.

step 5. go to tumblr.com and find this little padlock symbol (don’t log in yet):

step 6. click the padlock symbol and then click the cookies section.

step 7. find the cookies below and block them. now, block THESE ONES THAT I’M SHOWING YOU, nothing else. there are two ‘tumblr’ cookies, you should only block ONE, the one that doesn’t come with ‘www’ before ‘tumblr’. 

“but wait, jay, what does that even do? why THOSE cookies?” i’m proud to say i don’t know. i just clicked a bunch of shit until i could use sessionbox again and it worked for me. so hopefully it’ll work for you as well.

step 8. restart chrome again.

step 9. login on any account and install&start using sessionbox as you previously did. if you did all the steps correctly, it should work again.

Тепер ще й штучний інтелект підключився. Без жодного попередження. При чому параметр, що запобігає використанню вмісту блогу для того ж тренування ШІ, був вимкнений з самого початку. Я про це взнала досить пізно. За цей час мене могли обібрати до нитки, і далеко не факт, що вони цього вже не зробили.

Хочеться просто взяти і знести акаунт до дідька матеревій, але я розумію, що це мені каже моя імпульсивність, та й не хочеться втрачати контакт з людьми, які важливі для мене. Тим паче що особливої погоди це не зробить. Але так чи інакше, я, скоріше за все, перестану постити на деякий час. Якщо зовсім не переїду кудись в інше місце (про що я замислювалася вже дуже давно, якщо бути чесною).

Коротше, поки що я лишаюся тут, буду відслідковувати ситуацію та шукати якісь рішення... Якщо тамблер остаточно не накриється.

Now AI has also joined. With no warning, with that toggle turned off by default. And it was pretty late when I discovered it. I`m pretty sure my works were already stolen. They had plenty of time for it.

I want to simply delete the acc, but I understand it`s impulsive decision I can regret later, besides I dont want to loose people who are important to me. Its also kinda useless. But I`ll probavly stop posting here for a while. Probably Ill move to another site (I was considering this option long time ago tbh)

But I`m still staying here, watching and searching for solutions... If tumblr wont die completely.
