this new season is going to be so beautiful and amazing!! the anime did the manga so much justice in s1 so i already know that s2 is going to be perfect!! i’m so excited to see shima and mitsumi again 🩷

skip and loafer has become a lifelong favorite for me. it's so authentic and beautiful. i fell in love with the story and characters so quickly. mitsumi is so kind and resilient. she tries so hard even if things don’t work out and isn’t afraid to put herself out there. she’s incredible. i want to be like her one day. and shima's story is so well written. his journey of finding himself and navigating his feelings is so beautifully told. growing up and finding yourself is awkward and can be scary but these characters push through despite the challenges and it's so moving. the friendships, the writing, the art, all of it is so wonderful. i love skip and loafer so much.
