going to bed at 8pm was the best idea I ever had. vastly improved my quality of life. I also don't have very good ideas so this was new to me

sleep okay but actually i sleep so much better now turns out the main thing stopping me was the dark thoughts and fear that comes with later hours i now actually sleep about 7 hours a night and take a nap during the day but im disabled with a pain disorder i need all the sleep i can get
