what that means:

I can finally drink legally in Germany (only beer and wine though, why am I even complaining?)

I could get a drivers license in the US (is that correct? correct me if I'm wrong)

if I get in trouble with the law, the consequences will be higher wooo

okay then, I'm just gonna continue coughing (yes, I'm sick on my bday, again. 4th time in a row, try to break that record xD)
