Justice for Jesus Sepulveda and Brenda Casias

“In light of these events, we create this petition to demand justice for Jesus, Brenda, and their families. Although Mike and Mark Sheppard were charged with manslaughter, they have already paid bail and are back on the streets. The fact these men will potentially get away with a slap on the wrist is an insult to the victims and their families. We therefore ask that local and state authorities elevate the charges against Mark and Mark and revoke their bail. We also ask that the federal government bring charges and investigate the matter as a hate crime. Justice must be served.”
