I couldn't resist a redraw (paint?) of this frame from Light Fades To Rain, such a hauntingly beautiful scene that I know will stick with many for a long time.

Apart from digital colour correction, this was done completely with watercolour and gouache paints🥰

(Spoilers for mha season 7!!!!, References, I'm not over Aot yet, Hitch and Marlo anyone? This is pretty bad but I'm tryna cope)

Katsuki Bakugou x reader

Sitting at the window, you watch as the clouds begin to turn dark.

Hm.

Its going to rain.

"Stop crying." He told you as he held you before he left. Smiling softly down at you, he wipes your tears.

You stare up at the sky, wondering if he'll come back to wipe your tears again.

Being injured sucks.

You broke several of your ribs recently, thanks to Shigaraki. Which ment you weren't able to fight along side Katsuki and the others in the final battle.

So instead, you sat at the window, staring up at the sky, watching the rain and waiting for Katsuki to return.

Katsuki stares at the All Might trading card.

"Oh, thats right." He says, taking it in his hand.

"Well...um..." Katsuki sighs, looking at the odd version of All Might that stood before him.

"When we first met, I guess I was kind of a brat."

Katsuki thinks back to all the times he pushed All Might away. All the times he was rude to the hero.

"So I didn't a chance to say this...." He stares back down at the trading card with a smile on his face.

"I wanted your autograph."

Katsuki says with a bright smile.

He then looks around.

"Oh, thats right." He says softly, taking out a picture with you in it. That was the day you took a picture of you both at the USJ. Back to when you first met. Back before...everything.

"They're probably still sleeping." He chuckles to himself. "Hopefully they get rest. I want them to feel better soon."

But you weren't.

You stared out the window, placing your chin on your palm as you sigh, waiting for Katsuki to come back to you.
