"Porcelain Boy"

(Original poem, written by Ren, aka @actually-very-miserable )

This is the story of a boy who could fall apart with a mere touch

He hides from reality, because it startles him the most

People always want to keep him close, even if he tries to flee

No matter how many times he blinds them with games of pretend;

Everyone trusts in whatever is alluring, whatever is satisfying

Although we are wrong, we never recognize anything broken

Even when broken by nature, those who reveal wounds are gifted

They acknowledge that our sight is false, deceiving us to be satisfied;

Even if the blood on their veins also belongs to you

You blame them, just because they write your name with erroneous letters

All because they're too innocent, to the point of believing in kindness

They have no idea of the storm forming in your heavy gray clouds;

You are now desired, but sleazy, hiding behind pretty illusions

You know, deep down, that if things go on like this, you will burn

You will lose your dull porcelain face, it will turn into ashes

You always knew, but you feel shivers as you see it's your demise;

Despite all the darkness, you don't have to run away from knives

They can be sharp and hurt you, but soon those will be rusty

Some may think your story is nothing but a naive amount of lunacy

But it simply is about a human with no humanity to display
