Regulus teaching James how to play on a keyboard because he didn’t want to overshadow Remus. Sirius and Regulus being seen arguing in Public, captured by Paparazzi. Leather jackets and designer suits. Remus himself having a tremor in his hands, he needs meds for just so they can stop shaking. Arguments before concerts. Chaotic interviews, music videos. Questions asked about love, Peter smirking, James blushing, Remus kissing Sirius. The whole lot of them LGBTQ+ icons, Remus, Lily and Regulus performed a song together once and everyone went mental. he's sorry that he doesn't can't join the non-dark side (i'm not willing to call it the good side let's bfr it was sometimes darker than the "dark" side).

it's not that he hates the people that he's supposedly hates. it's just that he can't unlearn the things that he's been told is his future as a slytherin. he hates the fact that he's a part of the people who's "stuck in the past" and "can't undo past mistakes" but at the same time, he hates those who changed.

he hates that pandora decided to join the non-dark side and although she doesn't say it out loud, he knows that that side thinks that people like him are cowards. leave it to the gryffindors to point out when people are picking the safe option.

he hated regulus for sacrificing himself. how could he be so selfish as to leave him and evan alone? he just had to be brave at the last moment. out of all the things he could've given away, it was his life.

in azkaban, he thinks and thinks and thinks about those two sides and how they weren't all that different. how both he and sirius ended up at the same place for the same reason. they dared to hope.

the moment his father had said that evan was dead, all the hope and that small glimmer of light in him vanished. just. gone. and to think that he's got the better situation compared to sirius. atleast his friends don't hate his guts.

every night that's where he goes. back to the times where his arm doesn't feel like a 10 ton weight.

- He is terrified of hot concrete, once Sirius told him his shoes would melt and it would melt his feet as well and he didn’t believe him and still went walking on in, and the bottoms of his shoes did, infact, melt and he was terrified his feet would melt, still won’t walk on it.

Pandora Rosier/Lovegood:

- When she was 8 she snuck out of her bedroom, when she was supposed to be sleeping, and went outside to try and get a pet snail, didn’t find one, but found a bird instead and, somehow, managed to get it and she brought it back it side and slept with it still in her hands, and out of fear the bird had a heart attack, and she made everyone be there for the funeral and is still afraid of people being near or too close to birds.

Evan Rosier:

- Was out on a walk with a babysitter and Pandora went they were 6 and decided he wanted to try climb the tree with Pandora, but Pandora said he was too little (because she was bigger then him as a baby) but he ignored her and got the babysitter to help him. Then Pandora said that he will fall into the hole in the tree (the squirrel home) and he’ll get stuck in there, and scare the squirrels. The babysitter laughed and brought them back inside and now he will never climb a tree with a squirrel home in it, even though he won’t fit in the holes.

Barty crouch Jr:

- A rude maid once told him he couldn’t have honey in his tea while he was sick, because she was too lazy to go get it but she lied and told him, honey doesn’t go off and it will stay inside of him forever and if it mixes with the acid in his stomach he’ll explode. Then he asked his father if honey goes off and he said “no, of course it doesn’t.”, so now he hates honey.

“I’ve been doing it since he left, I keep finding his things in drawers. Crucial evidence, I didn’t imagine the whole thing.”

James was really drunk at a party he stumbled to the bathroom to be greeted by Mary, Marlene and Lily. Marlene and Mary, instantly aware of why he’s there, go over and help he get to the toilet to vomit. Lily stands there confused why they’re helping James. Like James “asshole pure-blood” Potter?? Marlene gives out to James while he tries to sleep on the toilet, so she tells him to start talking. He rambles about how he wants to go help Pete cause he left him alone of the sofa out there, how he has to help Sirius and Remus talk because they’re too nervous to do it by themselves, how he has to give advice to Dorcas because she doesn’t know what’s the best alcohol they have, how Pandora lost her shoes and he has to help her, how Barty is overwhelmed and how he has to get him out, that Evan wants weed and he was supposed to get some for him, and how he was supposed to do and help so many people. Mary and Marlene nodding along and rubbing his back and holding his hand like it’s normal?? Lily stands there watching James potter tell them how he doesn’t have time to be sick cause there’s people who need help more.

Lily realises maybe he’s different.

“I have something for you, beautiful,” Pandora said and Lily could hear the smile in her voice.

Lily straightened up and Pandora placed a flower crown on her head with a small, proud smile. Pandora's hands and Lily's flowers, the product of both their creations. Beautiful and fragile. It was Lily who had taught her how to do them when they were still friends, or pretending there wasn't something more between them.

“Pour la plus belle des fleurs,” Pandora complimented. Or at least Lily thought she did. She had no idea what Pandora had said but she loved it when she spoke French.

Grabbing the small mirror she had "borrowed" from Marlene from her jacket pocket, Lily observed the flowers in her hair. Pandora had chosen flowers that complimented the color of her hair — hyacinths, agapanthus, fuchsias and lilac. 

Lily liked what she saw in her reflection, her long red hair that framed her face, her long flowing blue skirt, the flowers that made her green eyes stand out. She looked feminine, she looked like… herself . She couldn't contain her smile of euphoria.

“I love it,” Lily said softly, touching an agapanthus with her fingertips. “Thanks Panda.”

She leaned down to kiss Pandora, her hand burying itself in Pandora's hair. She could have drowned in the softness of her skin forever. Lily smiled against Pandora's lips, an idea crossing her mind. 

“You need a crown too.”

• this couple is the absolute cutest, two goddess queens both learning they have feelings for each other

• Pandora grew up with an evil family and felt she should be kind, she sees kindness as her only real superpower, not being psychic . Pandora being proud of lily for seeing the good in not only the people around her but herself

• Lily grew up judged for her blood type, sometimes she still does worry if she's being judged but Pandora quickly likes to help her see the light, that she doesn't see lily any different

• Pandora loves to talk and gush about lily to regulus while lily loves to talk and gush about Pandora to Benjamin (me) (speaking in first person so I feel like a character and therefore apart of the marauders lol)

2) Dorcas Meadowes x Marlene McKinnon

• classic badass lesbian couple

• started out as academic rivals despite both being in Slytherin

• "I scored an A+ dork." "groans. for now you have McKinnon. But that charms test is mine."

• Dorcas likes to play basketball, and she plays it rough. Marlene just watches with a bucket of popcorn, cheering her girlfriend on with a smug grin whenever Dorcas punches someone's face in

• Marlene growing up to have internal homophobia and Dorcus helping her see their love is real, and love is love

• On their anniversary night, Marlene gifts Dorcas a real rare dragon that Dorcas has no idea how she got, Marlene replies with a simple "I have my ways"

• while Dorcas checks the collar of the dragon, she notices the locket open and inside a diamond ring. when she turns around, Marlene is on one knee with arms spread open

3) Mary Macdonalds x Evan Rosier

• stone head x hopeless romantic

• they meet in the library while Mary is reading a novel and Evan is selling cocaine to a customer, he realizes she saw and approaches her, attempting to suave her into not telling "Romeo and Juliet huh?" he asks, Mary raises an eyebrow "this is Macbeth." she replies making him freeze up, she smiles "don't worry, I won't tell", he smiles back "cool"

• he tries to get her to try drugs a little but she refuses with a burning passion, after a few months go by he stops taking drugs cause he wants to be better for her

• after mary gets dumped by yet another boyfriend, she feels undesirable and goes to evan to find solace. Evan listens to her every word with a burning sensation in his chest, he comforts her up close, rubbing her back.

"I want to be someone's first choice, Evan"

"....you are mary." he whispers, she frowns

"no no- I know what you mean. I'm not his first choice." she says, Evan frowns

"you're someone's first choice," he replies, but he's not brave enough to say "you're my first choice"

• after a few months together, she's reading a romantic novel to him and gushing, talking about fanfiction and he just listens with a smile on his face. "and then he lifts her chin up and kisses her!! ahh! so romantic!" she squeals and Evan smiles before it fades, before he can rethink, he's lifting her chin up, getting close and pressing his lips to hers. they separate after awhile and he notices her wide eyes, he smiles sheepishly

• "you're my first choice, Marian."

4) Sirius Black x James Potter

• the definition of ultimate bromance

• started off with them making fun and teasing other couples, even going as far as kissing and hugging each other, but both secretly start to like it

• they're best friends to lovers, Sirius enjoys Remus company sure but no one quite understands his chaotic-ness like James does, a lover and a best friend is the best you can get right?

• they're running down the halls after pranking Severus Snape again before they see professor McGonagall walking straight down the hallway, they panic and hide in a small secluded area trying not to breath each other's air

• "well, it seems we've found each other in a tight situation" James replies with a grin making Sirius grin back "good one James" he retorts playfully

• they stay there for awhile and notice McGonagall is gone, but both seemed to like...being up close. they wouldn't tell each other that though

• extreme slow burn, Sirius isn't the one with internal homophobia. anything his parents is against, he fully supports so gay rights is his middle name. James is the one who has to deal with the conflict, he's undoubtedly sure his parents will support him but he still struggles

• I also feel like they're the same but in different fonts lol, like they'll look at a situation and think "should we?" and the other is like "definitely"

5) Remus lupin x Barty Crouch Jr

come on now

Remus "I'm a fucking werewolf, does that not bother you?" Lupin " x Barty "I have dreamt of this moment my entire life. Crush me now." Crouch Jr

• they're damn chaotic. barty regularly tries to set a building on fire and Remus is behind him 'trying' to stop him but secretly adds more gasoline

• they bring out each other's worse in the best way that you can't help but see the appeal

• definition of "partners in crime" except the crime is getting James to admit his feelings to Sirius but he is in EXTREME denial

• Barty growing up in a household similar to an orphanage, too many kids around and the only way he felt noticed was by being a little gremlin

• Remus who actually grew up in orphanage but did the same although soon realizes those people weren't his parents and stopped trying to get their attention or approval

• both understand each other in a deeper way

• they also have nasty sex LMAO

• they're both tall, semi strong and extremely dominant. if your dorm is across from them, and you hear screams of agony and things crashing into the walls, don't worry they're just making love <3

• masochism tango is their song, I'm calling it

• they're a healthy couple emotionally and mentally guys, they just a little kinky physically 🤭

Marauders & co. at an airport/ on a plane

James: Looks in every shop at the airport, is really hyper up until he gets on the plane, then he’s pretty chill

Sirius: Terrified of flying on a plane (will fly on a literal broomstick but can’t even think about flying in an enclosed space). Brings his skincare to do on the plane.

Remus: Forces everyone to get to the airport early, packs the night before, is at least 20 people’s airport crush. Reads the whole plane ride

Peter: Brings snacks, magazines, games. Gets lost but makes friends with some random person who he’ll never see again

Marlene: Goes into every shop with James, will not chill out on the plane (always asks the flight attendants a million questions), is that annoying person who claps when the plane lands

Lily: Helps Remus rangle everyone into coming to the airport early, has her whole suitcase organised, sleeps on the plane

Mary: Forces everyone to get to the gate early, first in line onto the plane, gets really stressed (especially going through security)

Regulus: Looks chill, but he’s actually really scared of planes (like Sirius), has monogrammed luggage, listens to music on the plane. Sits on the aisle seat

Pandora: Is actually super chill, has the “we get there when we get there” mentality. If no one dragged her along to be early she’d turn up as the gate was closing. Brings her latest craft project onto the plane (not like messy stuff, like crochet or embroidery or smth)

Dorcas: Makes sure no one gets lost, is at least 20 people’s airport crush (like Remus), is willing to put people on one of those backpack leash things. Talks to people on the plane.

Evan: Tired™️. It doesn’t matter if the flight is at 1pm, he’ll still sleep at every chance he gets. Goes crazy when the airport has a Lego shop. Sleeps on the plane (obvi)

Barty: Is extremely annoying. Won’t be ready when everyone has to leave, definitely forgot something at home, is super annoying on the flight (will be that person that “asks questions” when the flight attendants are doing the safety thing), claps when the plane lands.

Marauders & co as things my sister has said (she’s deranged, Istg)

- James: (Talking about storm troopers) look at them running around like tic tacs. Tica tica tica tica

- Barty: When I grow up I’m gonna be a Kidnapper

- Sirius: Can you touch this hole in my foot? Regulus: no. I don’t want to touch the hole in your foot. Sirius: Whyyyyyyyy

- Barty: See ya sisters! Wait are you taking a video? Take a video [regulus]! Okay. See ya sisters!

- Pandora: This foot massager is like dislocated bones wiggling around under skin. I love it
