My friend and I’s AU, The Hybrid!Verse’s Hoennian Dex-Holders, Maybelle Birch, Eryn Lambert, and Brendan Stuart. The Hybrid!Verse is basically a rewrite of the Pokémon games with elements, characters and events from the anime, manga and Spin-off’s all in one universe.
Salty (My Friend who I helped co create the Hybrid!Verse) has already posted their rewrite of SWSH, though still unfinished. Check it out here!

I'll be honest. i love pokemon special. I especially love pokemon diamond and pearl/platinum; both the manga saga and the DS games. and I HATE what happened ALL jodido year with the Sinnoh remakes and the story of Arceus legends (I don't hate them perce; I hate that they were released in such an "unfinished" state, both games deserved more preparation time or at least NOT EXIT the same year. this situation reminds me of the chaos of megaman in the 2000s… but that's another topic).
so ignoring the irrational hatred that I have TOOOOOOOOOOOOOODO about the remakes and Arceus, that I am rereading the manga saga and that they will probably make a mini arc focused on the game of legends Arceus, it gave me the curious idea of seeing how It would be the interaction of Dia and Rei if they were both different people.
OH, I FORGOT THERE WAS A MANGA! y'know what? ima try to read this. idk where i can read japanese manga for free, but I'll figure it out

I mean, I want to protect the precious smol bean because she is so kind and gentle...but at the same time this IS the ONE girl who utterly defeated Lance.
Anyways, if anyone wants to portray Yellow, I think people should just compare her manga arc to the Epic Conventions. You will be very surprised how much Yellow's story lines up... including the part where Yellow went to HELL and BACK!
If you all need help with the comparison, send an ask for me to post my Pokemon fanfic involving Yellow and Lysndre. Guess who ends up crying? Hint: it's not Yellow.
I've seen a few posts talking about the mischaracterization of pokespe characters recently (agreed 100%) so I'm here to jump in with a friendly reminder of my own: Yellow is not a shy, clumsy, uwu smol bean idiot. She's kind and gentle but she's also an intelligent badass in her own right. I love her and I get irritated when I see works portraying her as a little baby that needs to be protected 24/7.
I did it some months ago but I like them 🫠
