This typhlosion stuff is actually crazy considering how that pokemon can't even learn a psychic move that is capable of WIPEING MEMORIES. It's clearly a shape shifter. But I actually have my doubts on Zororak.
Taken I'm not super savvy on how TMs work. But I have Datadex and checked through the moves that typhlosion would be able to learn. And that pokemon on the mountain was clearly a wild one. Unless maybe it was released??
