I like to think that out of all the Wachowski brothers, Knuckles is the most flexible. I would think that training in combat to be a warrior most of his life would include ensuring one's flexibility. Meaning, both him and Maddie do Yoga exercises together as mother and son bonding activity.

I like to think he’s in a meditation position as he sleeps. He was training to be a warrior for most of his life, and as such, being ready for any unexpecting attack at all costs, even in his sleep.
