Cody Ko and Noel Miller

I have some thoughts on this response, as well as the public's reception of this response as a whole since it seems sort of hypocritical to me. (I want to preface this by saying I have no ill intentions towards either Noel Miller or Sensitive Society.)

Don't get me wrong, I think Noel Miller's response is great, and I wish the best for him and his company now that Cody Ko is no longer involved. But in this video, his only comment on the allegations is that he thinks his input on the matter is not necessary. He says, and I quote; "Understandably, a lot of you want to know what I have to say about everything that's happened, and the reality there is that I'm not in a position to speak about the situation. And, at this point, really the thing I have to focus on is how to move forward." Now, while I completely agree with this, the same people that concur with this sentiment were the people harassing other commentary creators to speak up on it. This is an insane double standard to be held to, as people who have collaborated with him once or twice in the past are being pressured to talk about the whole situation, and yet Noel Miller, arguably one of his closest Youtube friends and associates, can get away with not saying anything at all. Sensitive Society makes the claim that this situation is between Cody Ko and Tana Mongeau, and that Noel isn't obligated to share his thoughts on it, but I'm of the opinion that, if anyone is to acknowledge it, it should be Noel Miller.

Again, I want to reiterate that I'm in full support of Noel's future endeavors and hope he can succeed in making the podcast his own, I just wanted to point out the public's switch-up regarding his opinion on the issue at hand.

I really don't understand how actual 25 year old adults can engage with 17 year old children...

As an 18 year I would not ever look at a 16 year old through that lens, when you are entering 11th grade (at around 16) the world is your oyster...and by the time you are out of highschool (at maybe 18) you've achieved peak nihilism, you realize the world is ending, and you can't do shit about it...also (because) capitalism...
