Pizza and Photography

Been chatting a lot with @lunawoona11 about his own TMNT incarnation - TMNT: Unity. This was based on some of our conversations and a little snippet she wrote involving April and Raphael. I really like Raph’s interest in photography, and thought that he might show April some of his pictures and/or ramble about camera specs or something while they sit on a rooftop eating pizza

Was commissioned to do a lyric comic by @lunawoona11 about his version of Splinter in TMNT: Unity! I think this version of Splinter may be one of my fave fan-created incarnations of the character! Go check out her stuff, it’s rad!

It was my first time trying out a lyric comic, but I had fun playing around with the fonts and such :3 The song is Laura Palmer by Bastille

With the 12 principles of animation done, I can do whatever I want with my animations woo! Still trying to practice things tho!

Things I learned:

More camera movement techniques (including separating background/foreground layers)

Practicing lip sync

Squash/stretch facial expressions along with lip sync

These are characters from @lunawoona11‘s own TMNT incarnation called “TMNT: Unity”, and this came about after we talked about why the turtles have such high security in their lair (spoiler: it’s cuz Casey Jones went a little too hard core with their sewer system urban exploration)

Who’s most attached to Ms. Splinter?

Mikey shares a lot in common with splinter and they both enjoy each others quiet company, meaning that they spend more time with each other. while this does not mean Mikey is the most attached, we are unable to come up with a better answer to this question because we believe that the turtles are equally attached to their mom.
