I'm 90% sure that *someone* has found this before but- double life plot hole. Pearl said that Tilly has 3 lives like the players. And Tilly was on yellow during the battle last time I checked. And died during g it so Tilly would be on red. So Scott's, 'tilly death due us part' is partially incorrect *picky picky I know I just noticed it*

Ok but in all seriousness its so ADORABLE that they sleep in eachoter's beds on the different smps like i love the fanart that's spawned with the bamboozlers but desert duo still being there and now i want fanart of this too like its so CUTEE AAAAAHHHHHH

Jimmy DID fulfill the canary curse. Technically, he was the second out, but the end- the void- is a separate domain entirely to the coalmine of the canary. Lizzie tried to utilize a power that wasn't her own to fulfill mortal goals, and she faced the consequence of a will beyond that of the players on the server. But Jimmy still died next, the first death in the domain of players, the canary in the coalmine dying to symbolize the danger of red chaos approaching, completely separate from Lizzie's mishandling of a world she holds no power in. A canary can't protect you if you leave the coalmine.

I kinda love all the watcher lore in secret life (don't just kinda love it im LIVING FOR THAT) Also there's a headcanon that everyone's wounds don't heal in this season, which I think is absolutely genius and I can't remember whose headcanon that was but I'll find it

Kind of separate BUT in the home servers is the only place where players remember the games (think scar being traumatized by an explosion in HC after lim life), and when they're in the games all they can remember is they've seen that face before, splattered with blood and streaked with tears, but they can't recall if it was only a dream or not

Also when players die they go back to their home server with trauma.

Most watched pov is grian (scar and martyn are close seconds)

I said it once and now I can't stop thinking about everyone in Limited Life just being kids on a playground

They all have different curfews, and their clock runs out when they need to go home

Scott found a puddle and is making a very pretty mud-castle

Pearl and BigB are playing spies, sneaking up on everyone and watching them through the bushes. Pearl brought her cat from home, and BigB keeps finding and carrying around frogs

The TIES are trying to make a shelter for some bugs they found (probably slugs or caterpillars or smth). They have lost track of every bug they found (except for one, which Joel stomped on), and are constantly searching for more

Entertainment mountain is a giant boulder that the Clockers are playing house on. Cleo was declared Mom because she is the tallest out of the entertainers, and because she keeps yelling at Scar to put his shirt back on

Scar has a bunch of erasers and bracelets and stuff from the school store that he keeps trying to trade with everyone

The Bad Boys claimed the playground as their territory. They all have kiddie sunglasses. Joel's are too big for him and slip down his nose.

Cleo declares a game of The Floor is Lava every time the Bad Boys annoy her.

Boogeyman curse is a game of tag

The Bad Boys made Bad Boys Bread Bridge out of everyone's lunchboxes. They hopped on the lunchboxes during The Floor is Lava so Joel could tag one of the Clockers

Skizz and Bdubs' fight was an actual fistfight. Skizz tapped Bdubs once and was declared winner

My interpetation of what a watcher/listener looks like!

I imagine that they are very reminiscent of weirdcore/eldrich horror and thus birthed this! The being in the center is what I generally think a watcher looks like, and on the sides are other concepts of them, the left being a watcher and the right being a listener. I've been obsessed with weirdcore recently and this was an excuse to make something weird!

On terms of turning someone else into a watcher, I imagine it's a very painful process. With how I imagine the mechanics working is that you are literally being ripped apart and 'reborn' as a reality-shifting being. You experience hunger pains and have phantom pains all over for seemingly a millennium, which is why it's a forbidden practice.

I imagine that listeners and watchers share a lot of similarities that make them almost indistinguishable from each other, BUT there are distinguishing factors! For example, listeners are more vibrant compared to their greedy and darker counterparts, and they have a more central focus on ears rather than eyes, making them all hearing. Watchers, rather than having ears, are more eye-focused and all-seeing, they have a darker palette and like to garnish themselves in their trophies, a.k.a. the very disturbing wrappings around them, the wrappings are never specified as to what they're made of, but its theorized that it changes based on who is the unfortunate soul to gaze upon these horrific things.

One last thing to point out is the significance of the wings being closed or open when seeing a watcher or listener. Watcher wings are closed, representing their greedy hoarding, and egotistical selves. They are closed-minded just as their wings and eyes only look towards a one-way self-image. Listeners however are said to have open wings, representing their open-mindedness and empathy towards 'lower mortal creatures'. Rather than having a greedy personality, they view themselves as having a monumental debt to repay, forever increasing. For while the watchers view themselves as gifts to reality, listeners view their existence as a burden needing to be solved, which almost gives them more of a self-loathing and pessimistic personality.

I might try to post a comparison of a watcher/listener to your average player, which by the way, i like to utilize the more scrapbook-y look vs the cartoonish look. They are inter reality beings, therefore, shouldnt exactly fit the binary of 'reality'

Again this is my interpretation! I'm not exactly in-depth with the lore of watchers and listeners so there are probably a few plot holes lol
