I am so so starved for roleplays but I’m stuck in a trolls brainrot! I really, really want to roleplay trolls man, it’s driving me nuts. If anyone on this beautiful website would be down pls reach out. I’m fine with ocxcanon, considering the brainrot has gotten to me so much that I’ve actually made an oc for John Dory. I’ve got a story thought out and everything for them, and would love to it if someone was willing to play JD for my OC! And I’m down for canon x canon too. Would loveeeee some Floydx riff, or something but I’m down to talk ships. I mostly only play mxm tho. I’m down with nsfw eventually but would love to establish plots and stuff. Strange Magic AU Worldbuilding
Trolls au is where the trolls are magical and have magic.
Trolls are small humanoid beings. They are musical and magical creatures with rare dormant old and ancient musical/magical potential, even their very essence that is powerful enough to change the universe. Trolls are three-apple-high creatures living hidden in the world population. Thanks to their magical nature, Trolls live way longer, up to 1000 years, and even slightly more with any luck. In the universe's early years, a race of beings existed so powerful their magical actions still echo through the universe. They are known as the Ancients.
Long ago, the troll tribes lived together without music. It was quiet and very boring, to say the least. But that can’t be farther from the truth, because since the beginning… Trolls are born and practice ancient (old) and powerful (phenomenal cosmic power) magic/musical. The trolls' origins are a mystery, but the present-day trolls are the children of the ancient trolls. Theories include everything from even more hidden villages to the popular idea that the children of Ancient Trolls are no longer alive and that present-day trolls also possess powerful ancient magic/music to the present-day Tribes (Kingdoms).
A genetic link that is passed down to trolls for generations, a tradition as well as the way they practice is a part of their culture. But when music came into existence, the trolls discovered to use their musical talent and magical prowess together to create an immensely powerful force.
Trolls in this AU are somewhat similar to the Smurfs. And wanted to create where the Trolls also have magical potential as well.
