I'm the Sprout adhd anon, here to explain why more of the mains are neurodivergent.
Shelly and Vee are both autistic.
- Vee is straightforward and blunt, doesn't realize she might come off as backhanded or passive aggressive.
- She also isn't good at expressing her emotions or complimenting people.
- Seem's oblivious to Shelly's feelings of being forgotten or alone. She gets mistaken for being unfeeling, but she seems more awkward/unaware than actively malicious.
- Dinosaurs are clearly Shelly's special interest, she references them even when they're not at all relevant to what's happening.
- Very talkative to anyone willing to listen.
- Keeps her negative emotions in, doesn't tell people when they hurt her feelings.
I'll go by 🎀 anon, if that's not taken.

Dandicus ‘Dandy’ Dancifur- The King
King Dandicus- otherwise known as Dandy- of Gardenview. The ruler of the kingdom and top of the hierarchy. His story remains a mystery to all who aren’t working for him, and they would never utter a word to anyone about it. He has no care for anyone lower than whoever works for him, and would punish them if he ever caught them “interacting with the unimportant ones”. Dandy isn’t afraid to show his power over everyone and everything. This is by execution. It’s best not to get on his bad side.
Pebble Dancifur Jr.- Royal Pet
Out of all the dogs Dandy could have chosen, it was this one. Not the strongest, but Dandy adores him. Who knew the king could have such a soft spot?
Pebble would do anything to protect his owner, and hates seeing him mad.
Shelly Fossilian- Mailwoman and Informer
This innocent ammonite delivers mail while picking up information from all the conversations she hears in town, and reports her gatherings to Dandy. In her spare time, she will either talk to the maid, her friend called Tisha, or write notes of what happened in the week to send to Dandy. In any conversation, Shelly would fit in at least one dinosaur fact.
Sprout Seedly- Chef
Sprout is the one who cooks meals for the king and whoever sits at his table. He has a secret friendship with Cosmo, the town’s baker. Sprout tries to keep this friendship hidden from Dandy and doesn’t think he would like that his chef is friends with “a worthless being”.
Vee Version 1- Show Host
Definitely not Dandy’s favourite. Vee isn’t quite fond of Dandy either, however, she still works for him as she is important to him, with her own tv show. It’s not really an interactive thing but just to listen to live news wise. Ever since Dandy stopped being him, what was originally playful banter turned into hate.
