reblog drrr comic shizaya a cheap imitation shigaeru oowwwww the inverted effect is so cool though his fingers clenching in on the impact look so agony the chains moving out from his cuff to cut through as the frame aaaaa your brain is so large the layout of the ''missed your eye'' panel has such a nice clarity it looks as if he really has to push against the knife and i ouch all the way to the hilt yikes yikes yikes and his expression is on point so much strain it's kind of eerie how silent he is through the pain though izaya's dangly limbs tug him around like a rag doll the throat slitting composition is so good the glowing ticking clock around the guy is neat i like the movement of the poses with the chains izaya looking kind of disturbed in this panel haha wild man gestures with his knife the screen panels always a treat and nifty little reminder yikes teeth yeah speaking of the bodies that float back ashore

Listen guys I love the raven cycle I am such a fan I have spent many hours reading and contemplating this book and being in love with every character but I gotta say my favorite quote and the one that sticks out to me the most is. In the dream thieves between Maura and Mr. Gray of all people, when he pulls the 10 of swords and they say, “you’re going to have to be brave” “I’m always brave” “braver than that” I think about those words every gotdan day and they actually motivate me so much anyway all this is to say that today I am going on my first run since freshman year of high school! 6 years! I will report what Emotion I am feeling at the end ✨
