kinda motivating as well, i’ve been detached from shifting for some reason, like i can’t find anything to do, i have free time but i also don’t have it 😭 please friends help me lol
"don't think that shifting is as easy as breathing because it's not" if i want it to be as easy as breathing IT WILL BE as easy as breathing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! why would i come up with new blockages for me????? to make my journey more complicated?
shifttok scares the shit out of me
it was an accident to be honest, i didn't know what it was until i shifted back.
i was trying to shift to my dr and i think i got caught up between realities, and so i reverted back–not to this reality, but to a waiting room–i had just learned what that was a few days prior.
it's a giant library (i'm not sure how many floors, i just know it's a lot). I woke up in one of the middle floors a nd i was being led down the hall by what i thought was my subconscious because he was speaking to me and he had this voice–it was so distinct. high pitched but at the same time very low. he was old–I'm not sure how old, but tall and wrinkly.
but i thought he couldn't be my subconscious, because i was my subconscious (if that makes sense)
i could see deep brown oakwood pillars and every wall had built in shelves with books littering them (i think they're other realities, i haven't looked at them yet).
this man, i'd didn't have a name or anything, so i began referring to him as a librarian which he didn't seem to mind. anyway, he sounded like someone i could trust and i knew his voice, it was familiar somehow. and it was like he knew more than i did.
so perhaps he was my sub conscious and i was my consciousness, but then wouldn't i be able to tell what he was thinking?
and also, not to be mean, but why an old man? ☠️

Blackbird - 4/11/25 My nonna loved the Beatles, recently I've come across some of their song for a school project and Blackbird is my favorite. When I heard it for the first time, I felt like I'd heard it before, but of course I had no memory of ever hearing it until that moment. I feel connected to it somehow and when I listen to it, I think of my s/o in my dr(s). I have the same s/o or rather I have the same fc for my s/o in every reality, so it works for any dr. I think having strong reminders for the people in my other realities helps me tether them to myself.
Me, a Writer? - 4/12/25 "I tried being a writer, but... I hate what I write." -Charlotte I love this quote, theres a connection to it I just cannot place. When I leave this reality for another, I believe with all my earnest it should stay with me.
a supernatural phenomenon in which a person’s astral body is said to separate from the physical body and travel to or in a different plane of existence. (dictionary.com)
The term was first recorded between 1885 and 1890.
"The idea comes from a 19th century mystical system called theosophy which claims that we have seven bodies from the lowest physical to the highest spiritual and mental bodies," Dr Susan Blackmore told HowStuffWorks during an interview. (Astral projection: Facts and theories, Callum McKelvie, Benjamin Radford, February 25, 2022)
According to Wikipedia, astral projection takes up some type of form in the following religions: Kemetism (Ancient Egyptian), Animism/Shamanism (Amazon, Inuit), Hinduism, Shinto (Japanse), Taoism (Taoist), Judaism, Christianity, and Western esotericism.
The idea of astral travel is ancient and occurs in multiple cultures. The term "astral projection" was coined and promoted by 19th-century Theosophists. It is sometimes associated with dreams and forms of meditation. (Astral Projection, Wikipedia)
Western esotericism is used as an umbrella term for a wide variety of historical traditions that were traditionally neglected in academic research but have been moved to the foreground in recent years. These include “gnostic,” Hermetic, or theurgical currents in late antiquity, the so-called “occult sciences” (astrology, alchemy, magic), Jewish and Christian kabbalah1, theosophy, Rosicrucianism2, illuminism3, occultism4, spiritualism5, and related trends in modern and contemporary culture such as new age and occulture. (University of Amsterdam)
1 a form of Jewish mysticism that focuses on understanding the hidden, secret knowledge and meaning within Jewish tests and practices2 the belief that its members possess secret wisdom that was handed down to them from ancient times. 3 belief in or claim to a personal enlightenment not accessible to humankind in general 4 the study and pursuit of hidden knowledge, often aimed at achieving spiritual insight or personal power 5 a system of belief or religious practice based on supposed communication with the spirits of the dead, especially through mediums
theosophy, occult movement originating in the 19th century with roots that can be traced to ancient Gnosticism and Neoplatonism. The term theosophy, derived from the Greek theos (“god”) and sophia (“wisdom”), is generally understood to mean “divine wisdom.” Theosophical writers hold that there is a deeper spiritual reality and that direct contact with that reality can be established through intuition, meditation, revelation, or some other state transcending normal human consciousness. (theosophy, editors of Encyclopedia of Britannica, J. Gordan Melton, May 9, 2025)
In esotericism, astral projection (also known as astral travel, soul journey, soul wandering, spiritual journey, spiritual travel) is an intentional out-of-body experience (OBE) in which a subtle body, known as the astral body or body of light through which consciousness functions separately from the physical body, travels throughout the astral plane. (Astral Projection, Wikipedia)
Most people see astral projection as a method to shift, there are countless posts about it on forums, some I will list below if you would like to read for yourself.

There isn't much talk about astral projection, but it is the sister of shifting and can be used as a method of shifting. I've heard talk of waiting rooms, and astral projection can be used as a waiting room as well.
There are so many possibilities regarding shifting because shifting is limitless. Recently I've had an out of body experience right after shifting/manifesting, which I now believe to have been astral projection.
Update: I have learned something new, astral projection is when, "...your consciousness fully leaves your body and floats around this reality." (@callsigndio , commented).
So what I experiences was likely the void state, which I will be doing more research on tomorrow!
last night, after i shifted to another reality slightly different than my cr, i was a bit afraid to try anything or go back to sleep, so i watch a bit of monster high and then i felt a bit better.
so, i laid down again, curled up slightly, and i closed by eyes, a few second later, i felt weird, my entire body was numb. i didn't feel like a person.
the best way i can describe feeling what i was feeling is that i felt like a soul floating above a body, my body. if i reached out i could connect myself back to my body and move it.
i've felt numb–but i've never felt numb like this. it was so surreal. it was like i wasn't even there? like my body was paralyzed, but i was aware of it, if that makes sense? my eyes were closed and i don't remember seeing anything.
has anyone else ever felt this before? if so, can you please tell me what it was?
scripting high metabolism too, i've already scripted my body type–but it couldn't hurt to double down, right?
Okay, granted, not everyone has this problem - but a lot of people carry around this little assumption and expectation to wake up in their current reality again. No matter what they do. You've got your script ready. Your method is comfy and your chosen subliminal slaps. You feel ready and everything is in place. But deep down? Deep down you prepare yourself for your alarm in the morning. Prepare yourself for the same room, the same body, the same boring reality trot. It's like saying to the universe "Surprise me!", but also slipping in a quiet note saying "Please don't. Just copy yesterday". It's not new knowledge that your subconscious is running the show behind the scenes. But what we sometimes forget is that our subconscious picks its believes from us... from our habits, patterns, the things we repeat over and over again, even the ones we are not fully aware of. And since most of us are raised in a world that values logic, linear thinking, the "you only live once" mentality, it's no surprise some of us struggle with seeing any other reality as "just as real". Not your fault, it's just conditioning doing its work. Shifting goes basically against everything you have been taught to expect, so it can feel hard to rewire that believe on the go. You are a bit like a Roomba - just doing your little routines, bumping into some unexpected furniture on your usual way, programmed by years and years of subconscious patterns and habits. Cute, but kinda confused a lot. Doesn't mean you are broken, just shows you are human. What you can do is trying to catch that thought, the expectation of waking up here, before it starts to settle in again. Don't just say "I hope I shift". Hope is passive. Try something like: "I believe it's possible to shift" "I expect to shift" "My CR isn't the default. My DR can be the default too." You subconscious learns best from repetition, dominant believes and a sense of familiarity. So start feeding it those things, instead of doubt disguised as fickle believe. Once you start treating your DR as absolutely inevitable, it becomes harder for your brain to argue with that over time. You're not failing, just learning. And every single time you turn those pesky little thoughts in more productive ones, you are rewiring your believes. That's not small, that is huge! That is taking your power back from just letting things happen. You are basically standing in the doorway to your DR, you just need to find your way to step into it.
Is it exactly as you said, its just like like any other reality[like for example here] but with different people and memories and whatever floats your boat
So yea tdlr: its real 100% because it is real life
thank you! that's what i imagine and sometimes, when i close my eyes, i can feel my room and i feel like right outside is the hallway to my house and it's all just right there
that's why i feel like it's exactly how it is here, just there
thank you!!
