(I’d also like to add, these are me romanticizing **my** life. So, these’ll be in first person)
-repeating my favourite French songs while baking to feel like a magnificent pastry chef
- fresh baked muffins
- the class going silent to listen to someone’s joke
- school field trips
- waking up early than others (and promptly falling back asleep)
- when my cats go up in my face during my sleep to purr at me
- and then run away because they’re shy
- watching my panic studying pay off
- hearing little kids be funny
- my period one teacher being the sweetest ever (she gives us spelling tests that are for 8th graders.)
- my period one class clown’s quotes (”what’s the Grade 12 spelling test gonna be? Alakazam?”)
- getting a good score/doing well on something and people wonder who did it
- finding old fandoms i used to be in
- daydreaming about accomplishments
- accomplishing the accomplishments i daydreamed about accomplishing
- finding a Good Song and playing it on repeat for the next 2-3 days
- retail work stories

Hey putting this here as I want to collect my thoughts as well as speak to people before putting out an actual statement. I just wanted to apologize for the way that I handled the discussion about the racism that exists within my community. I thought as a way of discussing it that I would talk about some other things while playing a game in order to hopefully attract the part of the audience that actually needs to hear what is being said, as I thought that if I made an entire stream around it, those people would not click on it as they think that it doesnt apply to them so they wouldnt need to hear it. I see now that that was not the appropriate way of handling it even though before I thought it was and I thank you for bringing that to my attention. I should have put more emphasis on the issue and I should have at least have had it at the beginning with nothing to distract from the message. I also apologize for saying "move on" during the conversation. What I meant was when an argument starts over something that is not important, instead of bringing it to a point where someone takes it too far, to simply move on from it and to not have it get to that point of argument. I would never tell someone who has been affected by racism to just move on from it so know that is absolutely not what I meant and I am sorry again for not wording that correctly.
I take responsibility for how I handled today, it was not the correct way of handling the issue. I am speaking with people in order to get a better grasp of exactly how to address this situation. I am sorry to any bipoc who have felt let down because of this. I will continue to educate myself and I will do better. The issue starts with me and I apologize that I made it worse. I am sorry.
3 Week Femme Fatale Challenge
This is a weekly challenge - so you should do these everyday for the three weeks. Do not skip any of these because honestly, they’re not that hard (unless you can’t do any physical exercise due to a medical condition - then skip it). You need that push to be better - comfort does not always grow a person. I want you to tell yourself that you are going to do this religiously.
You are not going to change overnight.
But if you do all these things, you will grow so much that people will actually see a difference in you.
I know that routines are especially hard to follow if your friends have a different lifestyle. If you have friends who party a lot, stay up all night, have hectic days - you’re inclined to be influenced by them because you don’t want to be left out.
That’s why, I want to invite you to our discord chat. Here, you’ll receive articles, educational materials, tips and interaction from similar female counterparts.

* Journal
* Yoga mat / towel for a workout
* Water bottle - a MUST
A) Wake up early
about 2.5 hours before you need to leave for work/ school.
B) Hydration
Follow that with a glass of warm water and lemon / green tea / matcha. I don’t recommend having a cold drink on an empty stomach.
C) Journal
Start everyday by journaling. These are your three prompts for this week:
- What is one habit that immediately comes to mind that you want to change? It doesn’t matter how “silly” it sounds. This is for YOUR eyes.
- What is your biggest insecurity?
- What is the best part about yourself?
D) Working out
Work out for a minimum of 10 minutes. Whether it’s yoga or Pilates from YouTube, or a 10 minute run outside, get your body moving.
Some favourite workouts on YT:

https://youtu.be/aE4j3KR5m54

E) Skin care and hair care
After your workout, go take a shower. Clean yourself properly - especially your lady parts. There’s a misconception that your vagina does not need to be washed. Yes, you mustn’t wash the INSIDE of your vagina, not the OUTSIDE. Here’s an article about that: https://www.healthline.com/health/womens-health/vulva-vagina-products#a-quick-look
- Clean your private parts
- Shave
- Body scrub, if you want
- Moisturise with body lotion
If you have blemished facial skin, try my skin routine before make up:
- face wash
- Toner
- Vitamin C
- Sunscreen
- Moisturiser (I skip this because my sunscreen is moisturising)
F) Education
- It is imperative that you know what’s going on the world. Read the news, only the headlines if you’re feel overwhelmed by reading whole articles.
- Do something productive for your brain. Play a crossword - there’s many free apps and free crosswords online- or Sudoku. I play a mental math phone game which I found for free (it’s literally called Mental Math). Keep your brain healthy.
G) Review at night
- Review your day today. How was it? Hectic, peaceful, stressful, organised? Why was it that way?
- Read 5 pages (minimum) of a book of your choice. You can find free books at www.z-lib.org
- End your day with a 5 minute meditation. https://youtu.be/2K4T9HmEhWE
Like,,, ill be out with a friend group and it’s like damn. We choose to stay with each bother, even if we have our problems. Ill sit with my family and think you have all seen me at my worst and best points, and still stick with me. I message my favourite moot almost everyday and its like. You know me more than anyone, we have a love that is strong despite physical boundaries. You heard my bests and worsts and family stories. I’ll look at my dog and think wow, you’ve witnessed so much and protected me, even if I haven’t done the same. And i want to thank everyone, everything for that. The ones who have left me have good memories still, and i hope my childhood friends remember me as the smell of grass and mud and the way the sunlight hits the snow
- the rocks in the dirt path on my walks home
- the massive jar of rocks on my desk that I collected throughout the years
- the hum of fluorescent lights
- the trees in my yard
- the field in my backyard that my neighbours park their trailers in
- the pond in the woods that’s been unused, since we’ve all grown up
- the earthy, chalk-like smell of classrooms
- the 20 unfinished journals I own, with pages filled with drawings of people I’ve seen and places I’ve been, and words forgotten over the years
- the One pair of heels that have never shrunk over the span of 2 years
- the way my friends finish my sentences
- stuttering over things I’m excited about
- getting a perfect A on my favourite assignments
- brining a thermos of coffee to school every morning and chugging it before science
- the way the science lab overlooks the street and gives a perfect view of the sunlight
- biking and feeling the wind go through my shirt, cooling me off
- sending my friends memes after not talking for 2 days, and almost instantly getting a response
- designing a perfect house for my loved ones
- the way soft blankets feel on cold skin

Reset Sunday guide :
disconnect : Starting by turning off your notifications, this is YOUR time you need to focus on you and only you. You could also delete social media at least for the day, works even better. Don’t answer any message unless it is something urgent, people need to respect your time.
Set the mood : Get comfortable and set a calm and relaxing mood by lighting some candles, putting on a comfortable outfit which makes you feel pretty, turning on some music, anything that puts you in the right mood for taking care of yourself.
Self care: Now you can start taking care of yourself. Start the longest skin care ever (don’t forget the neck), hydrate your whole body (damage from winter cold is no joke), take vitamins, put on a hair mask, paint your nails, massage your face while the mask is on, don’t forget to drink a lot of water.
Clean your space : While your masks and creams are on, you can start tidying up your place. Your mind is clearer when your working space is clean. Don’t forget to spray some perfume in your room for the final touch.
Prepare things for tomorrow : if you have work or classes tomorrow you can pick out your clothes the night before and organize your bag, that way you won’t be in a rush when you’re leaving the next day.
Relax : Now that everything is settled it is time to relax. Go watch Netflix under a warm blanket while drinking hot chocolate, listen to a podcast while doing yoga, go for a walk… Find something that makes you feel calm and relaxed and enjoy that moment !
