Advice plsss

I overate a lot while on a mini vacation with my grandma I prepared and fasted around a day and half and doubled down on restriction week prior too (+made sure to get 10k steps in everyday) it but that dosen't feel like enough </3 especially with how bloated and gross I feel now anyone have any diet plans/meals I should do for this week or should I just try to fast for a day or two then go back to how I normally eat??

omfg, im skipping class and hiding in the bathroom and i can hear another girl doing the same. so its super quiet, and my fucking stomach growls SO LOUD and i just hear the rustling stop from the other girl.

anyone got a shovel? imma just start digging my grave

i haven't eaten all day and i'm SO PROUD OF MYSELF.

we're getting pizza for dinner as well so that's a guarantee i'm not eating that. worst case scenario i do a ch3w and sp!t

should we go for a 2 day fast?

edit- follow up question, do you end up swallowing a lot of the food from ch3w and sp!t? like is it the equivalent of 1 bite?

edit2- i got it forced down my throat 🥲 what a fun day i've been having

What @bloodycorpz3 said, plus just romantizing your journey as you go through it.

• Take aesthetic photos of your food, workout equipment, even the sunset or skies when you go outside.

• Practice self-care, buy pretty clothes (especially ones slightly too small), drink your fav low cal drinks/teas out of pretty cups, keep your area smelling good. Keep your senses focused on other things than the taste of food.

• Keep your mind busy on cleaning, organizing, tasks, hobbies, etc. I've found whenever im in a depressive dump, actually doing the stuff i didnt want to do gives me more mental and physical energy. The procrastination, dread, and guilt of tasks are always worse than actually doing it.

• Pretend you're in a movie honestly, and your character either has an €D and she does everything right/perfect, or that you already are your b0dy g04ls and live how she would.

As for being sluggish, part of self-care is staying hydrated, taking vitamins/electrolyte supplements. (BTW, make sure your food has a good GL/GI, because 4n0r3x1cs are much more vulnerable to diabetes and sugar crashing.)

If you're still sluggish introduce caffeine if you haven't, but it seems like you've just fallen out of love with 4n4 and need more motivation. Pro 4n4 sites like 📌 and here are good for that. Maybe try a new diet, fasting routine, or something to spice it up again.

I desperately need someone to help me/give me tips on getting back to my honeymoon phase. I want to feel euphoric when 🌟ving again instead of just feeling sluggish and depressed, please and thanks 😭

any tips on how to do a successful fast?! unfortunately i cant go for longer than 8 hours. i usually use my concerta to help me fast but when the effects go down i get so hungry its insane.

bumped my shoulder in the shower like i always do and for the first time it hurt really bad. i didn’t keep tracks of my weightloss but i can tell i lost a lot of weight. i knew it was only a matter of time until i can feel my bones and this is ONLY the beginning of my journey. whatever, that shoulder pain is lowkey satisfying cus it means it’s working. im doing so good im so proud of myself

My net for tdy was around 1.2k cals SO PATHETIC I mean it’s way under maintenance but still,anyways I started my fast at 6 and plan to fast 20 hrs then my intake will be around 500-800 I’m also going on a 2 hr walk tmr SO LOCKING IN also gonna post daily wieiads to hold pig ahh acccountable

But once the flavour is gone it’s never worth it!

And yet you still pick up the fork,you still eat!

Once the food is gone the only thing that takes its place is regret,fat and the further you become from your goals.

Choose sacrifice now and you’ll be rewarded later.

Choose comfort now and you’ll be punished later.

It’s up to you,as it always has been don’t be a slave to food be a slave to your goals.!
